It is user friendly and helps me to be more concise and focused on the work that i'm doing. I love the tickler system build into ECR for the comprehensive assessments and individual action plans.
Documentation mistakes are inevitable. Need to know if there are ways for corporate to fix user errors.
And i love the ease in reviewing statistics with the reports that I can run.
No hard financial close. Software problem tickets resolutions are not recorded/documented with enough detail in the notes for future reference.
10e11 Staff have been great. I believe they care about their customers and their needs.
Numbers in the reports do not always tie out to other reports. This makes it difficult to close the books...close is very manual.

The software is much more user friendly than most I have used in the past. Posting payments is more user friendly.

Ease of finding appropriate templates for charting and the ease of prescribing. I prescribe daily and the program is excellent.
When they do "updates" and "fix" things that were not broke but then work worse after the "fix. One time the did an update and the email reminders disappeared.
The customer service is fantastic, they always respond to help tickets very quickly. It usually is pretty snappy and quick to respond, and is easy to learn to navigate for first time users.
Disappointed that Carepaths stopped having rates for part time therapists.
This one works the best of any I've seen and the price has been a blessing, I can actually afford it.
Our customers are having problems reading their bills.
We have several clinicians using carepaths, and we have been pleased with the ease of use.
It is difficult to use and difficult to maneuver.
Good value for the money, not pretty, but functional and secure.
It's literally a "hit or miss" when you open a "help" ticket as to if they will respond and/resolve the problem. And don't even think there will be any follow up after the initial response.
Software continually progresses / improves / is enhanced. Records are easily downloaded for care coordination with other providers.
The insurance entry process is tedious and time consuming. The scheduling component is difficult to maneuver as well.
I have used this program for several months and am really happy with how easy it is to use.
Poor customer service, features that staff claim as working do not work and fixing features is irregular and random. System is slow at certain times throughout the day.
The simple interface appealed to us as well. I think this EMR would be fine for any clinician who is NOT sending claims to insurance or paying other clinicians on a fee split.
When we identify what ERAs are missing, we then need to MANUALLY post those ERAs into the system. I am paying for double the clerical staff that other practices my size utlilize.
It helps the patient monitor their health conditions by just one click.

Not only his technical competence but he is fun to talk with and is truly understanding about how chaotic our world of ABA can be and is kind and supportive.
The drop down bar does not work a good amount of the time and I have to refresh the page.
We appreciate all your hard work and will do our best to be positive collaborative partners.
This is the absolute WORST software I have ever used. I have used TherapyNotes and one other software that had the occasional bug, but was generally resolved within 24 hours.
The company is extremely responsive to suggestions and to resolving any concerns in a timely fashion. I highly recommend AccuPoint to any ABA company looking to better manage their practice.
Used for Scheduling Sessions- Makes Things More Difficult.

Programmer is super responsive and friendly. Easy to send bills at the click of a button, to copy data from one progress note to another if unchanged, to send in prescriptions, etc.
If I wanted to upload old charts they would be hard to search for because of the naming limitation.
I haven’t used it much yet, but I’m so happy that it is free up to a certain number of clients. Great for part time practice.
It’s hard to just jump in yourself and get started. It’s hard to find the patient portal settings.
When you put in a help request, you get a response pretty quickly. It is really affordable and doesn't pinch you with a lot of extra fees like other programs.
Calendar is slow and difficult to adjust/move appointments.
I like the ease of prescribing for patients and I like having record of all medications in one place.
Older notes do not maintain formatting, which can make them hard to read.
Good deal for the price, has all the major functionality I need. Cust support rep gives excellent support.
Simple, inexpensive, easy to use, does what I want without being too complicated.
NTreatment is easy to use, has all the features that a psychiatrist needs, and is well-organized and intuitive.
This includes a secure patient portal, scheduling (for one location only), integration with Stripe for payments, invoicing capability, e-prescribing and electronic medical record.
It’s been good thus far, but haven’t used it all that much lately.
Honestly this program meets all of my private practice needs. I did provide input for the essential necessary features for a private practice psychiatrist or therapist, and all my requests were met.

They are kind, respectful and very helpful. I would highly recommend this product to counselors who want a user-friendly product and great customer service.
When encounters are printed out, the formatting is horrible and difficult to read and very unprofessional looking.
My staff is thrilled by how easy DrCloudEMR has made their day-to-day tasks. The integrated billing has significantly lowered our costs and increased revenues.
I've been using this software for three weeks and I hate it hate it hate it.
They have a great product and understand that our industry is not always "One Size Fits All. We are very happy with our decision to purchase this EMR and would recommend it to any small business.
Most maddening is data disappearing, requiring the same values to be entered more than once, and often the only way you would know it is that you can't close the darn encounter.
I run an advanced Vein Management and Care Clinic. I use Dr Cloud EMR on a regular basis now and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an EMR in the Vein Care space.
The graphic user interface is confusing. There are ridiculous pop ups, like the one telling you that clicking "edit" might lead to there being changes in your inputs.
We were approached by Dr Cloud EMR to develop a product specific to our needs. They responded with a wonderful product that is easy to use and meets all HIPPA and federal confidentiality rules.
The user interface is very clean and we can access whatever we need with very few clicks. This is one of the most concise and easy to use EMR i have seen.
We have been using DrCloud since June 2013 and are quite pleased with the application and the support team assigned to our Company.
It is fully certified, so we were able to get stimulus money to help with development and implementation. I have a mixed staff, all who found implementation and use easy.

I like Sigmund it is an easy program to learn, I am told we will enjoy Aura once we learn the system better.
Difficult to see the exact details of the last prescription. Unable to prescribe albuterol due to error message.
Very impressed with this user friendly system from a clinical, medical and administrative perspective. The reporting system is robust and flexible.
I found this product hard to learn since there is so much that is offered with this. I wouldn't say it was bad just a lot of information.

I like Sigmund it is an easy program to learn, I am told we will enjoy Aura once we learn the system better.
Difficult to see the exact details of the last prescription. Unable to prescribe albuterol due to error message.

Total ABA is easy to use and navigate. Great and useful features and the reporting aspects are detailed and a HUGE time saver.
The cons on the system are the lack of customizations after a goal has been placed in treatment planning.
We are currently happy with the product and are hopeful to continue to work with their team to get future updates that will more closely align with our wants and needs.
There is absolutely no way this platform was created by anyone that knows anything about ABA.
Great overall experience and highly recommended. There is a report for everything, and if you cannot find something you need, it can be created.
Sometimes, especially the data collection portion is a little difficult to use, especially when I am adding targets.
The task feature has been a huge success as well as the visuals and graphing. I would also like to shout out the partnership and customer service that our company has received.
I would pay to have either one of those back at this point.
I like how it feels as dependable and reliable as the electric company - I never have to spend energy thinking about it.
I do not use their Data Collection features mainly because they do not have an App with offline capabilities yet.
We are in the early stages of using the product and have been pleased with the customer support aspect of the product.
