Albatross Platform is an enterprise geospatial data management software that enables organizations to order, track, and manage satellite imagery and spatial data through a centralized portal. The platform provides a unified interface for requesting geospatial data on demand, facilitating team collaboration and maintaining governance oversight across entire project portfolios. It serves sectors such as mining, agriculture, government, infrastructure, insurance and environmental monitoring that require consistent access to remote sensing data with enterprise grade controls and collaborative workflows.

The platform delivers functionality through four capability areas. The Dashboard offers a unified portfolio overview with real time order status tracking, delivery monitoring and access to historical data through intuitive visualization tools. The Ordering module supports archive searches and new imagery tasking by enabling definition of areas of interest via drawing tools or file uploads and filtering of results by parameters such as capture date range, cloud cover metrics and resolution specifications. The Deliverables management system provides end to end tracking from submission through delivery with secure data access, download management and in platform data viewing accompanied by automated notifications for delivery milestones. The Collaboration framework implements permission based access controls that allow definition of individual user permissions, establishment of shared workspaces, enforcement of team visibility settings and configuration of purchase order workflows with budget limits and approval gates.

The system supports two types of order fulfillment to meet distinct project requirements. Rush orders deliver processed data within one day of data receipt and include automated orthorectification and image processing with results populated directly into the platform. Premium orders deliver processed data within three to five working days of receipt and include additional processing such as colour balancing, mosaicing, orthorectification to control points and generation of custom output formats.

The solution differentiates between archive ordering and new tasking workflows. Archive ordering accesses existing satellite imagery from historical collections with immediate or rapid delivery. New tasking workflows schedule satellites to capture fresh imagery over specified areas of interest on future dates. The platform provides imagery from multiple commercial and public satellite constellations through a single interface, including high resolution optical imagery, multispectral data and multi year archive collections from diverse geographic regions and data providers.
