Key features of Concept3D include space planning, content management, wayfinding, virtual engagement, 3D rendering and data visualization. It comes with a wayfinding API, which enables businesses to customize navigation as per visitors' needs. Plus, it provides a Mapbox engine for users to create custom maps, and perform edits and changes to enhance brand experience.

Concept3D facilitates integration with several third-party applications such as ArcGIS/ESRI, Mapbox/Mapbox GL, Google Tiles, Transloc, Double Map, Localist, Ride Systems, Syncromatics, Modo Labs and more. It also lets users integrate the system with live data platforms, allowing them to monitor space and gather sensor data in real time.
