It doesn't work for its primary purpose. When variations are made, the end-user sees the page load as Variation #1, then a second or two later it swaps over to Variation #2.

They put you on a trial and have designed the UI deliberately to hide that you'll immediately be paying for the annual plan as much as possible (/mo is in bold, *billed annually is written small down below), they don't notify you when your trial is about to end and if you try to cancel your trial as soon as you sign up they'll end your trial as well.

Its extremely confusing and disruptive to the user experience and negates the results of any testing you might perform.

We have been in contact with their support for over 9 months now, and they admit its a problem, but have yet to fix it.

Making GUI changes through their drag & drop builder is a bit clunky, and there isn't the insights or analytics you'd expect out of an A/B test tool these days.
