NGS-IQ is an IBM i (iSeries, AS/400) query, reporting, and analytics solution that enables business analysts, managers, and information technology professionals to access, cleanse, format, and export data from Db2 on i and other databases. NGS-IQ simplifies and automates operational processes to support one-click output from IBM i to MS Office applications, including Excel. Query developers can also quickly design dynamic Web reports featuring charts and drill-down hyperlinks. The integrated Qport SmartView OLAP module enables a non-technical users to create read-only multidimensional presentations of business data. Qport SmartView users can pivot, filter, calculate new values, format, chart, and export data. NGS-IQ operates in full compliance with a customer's IBM i security settings and does not require middleware or a separate server.

The NGS-IQ platform enables administrators to generate ad-hoc queries, develop production reports, design web reports, create spreadsheets, and distribute information in multiple formats.
