Scrapingbee has filled the void and allowed me to use an API to scrape instead of learning other libraries. It has helped speed up our route towards complete competitive intelligence.
Scrapingbee has a lot of useful guides and documentation on how to use their software. It was easy for a developer like me to get started.
I just wish that there were extra credits in the trial without fully committing to a plan.

Support is amazing so far. 24 hour response times. The API has also been quote reliable.
Pricing is definitely on the high side, with a $50/mo minimum. There's not much room to scale workflows slowly between the limited free trial and the first pricing tier. I would have liked a lower tier with fewer calls to be able to scale with for the first couple months...

The software helps us provide services that we were being blocked trying to provide. We were almost at a point where we were going to have to drop the service.
The cost is a little high, but we were able to code it so it monitors our usage and keeps our cost down.

The product just works, and is easy to set up. One of their most apparent pro's is their customer support. Not only are they very responsive; they'll go out of their way to develop features for you if anything does not work as expected.
Nothing to complain. Just great software.

Love this product. Highly recommend it as a great scraping service.
The documentation is exceptional. It's easy to get up and running with ScrapingBee. I also love the reliability of the service. It can retrieve data from almost any site and the API has very high availability.
Nothing. I used to be bummed about the limit on concurrent requests for the lowest pricing tier (1) but now it has increased to a level that works great at my scale (5).
