Easy to setup. Beautiful charts and visualizations. Nice app for android and ios. Integrations for Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Zapier , SQL and many others.
There is a learning curve, you aren't going to jump right in and master it. It takes some time. Freshdesk integration is missing.

The app is easy to setup and navigate, fast and simple for analytics! But some matrices are missing for Google Analytics and I can't seem to find Facebook AdManager data connector. Good job guys!

First impression goes to the interface which is very nice, professional and clear. There was one small problem during the setup, but the support from the team was very fast. I find the price too high, but it's fair to say that it's not my "native" currency, so maybe it's because of the exchange rate. Still I'm here to stay as a free user and really encourage you to try it out.

- Price - Not much to customize on datacards - No configuration of the data from Google Analytics

Good connections to many different data sources. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Wistia, etc.
Price higher than I'd like for what's provided. Amount charged per month is quite a bit to just be displaying data.

Was looking to create an analytics dashboard for my social media management and databox seems like a good solution.
I just started using this software recently, and it helps to show in-depth analytics for my social media channels that are helpful to show to my manager
It's a bit overwhelming for someone who is new to analytics and data processing, and the free version is limiting.

Our analytics process has been streamlined by the capacity to combine data from multiple sources into a single, cohesive dashboard.
One exceptional feature of Databox is its alert system, which alerts us right away to any anomalies or noteworthy changes in the data. Being able to keep an eye on important metrics in real time has made us much more responsive.
Data loading may take a little longer when there are big datasets.

I love to use this tool to send to clients who are engaged with their digital marketing. the numbers update in real time and keep everyone updates and accountable.
For some clients the analytics are confusing if they don't know the lingo of that platform. A quick explanation box helps though.

If you want peace of mid with your buisness and want to see what is happening with your social media it is the tool for me. One dashboard helps me find everything.
I have used g-analytics for a long time but now with databox it is shoing some interesting manners. I love the idea of taking all the analytics visuals under one roof. It shows all my fb, website and youtube analytics under one roof. I i can now see what is happening with all under one dashboard. But i was lost in the beginneing when trying to use it. It nees some time to learn and get used to it.
Facebook updats a lot faster or not able to see live update. Maybe needed fix.

Databox offers various ways to get insight about your program or website. You can track information from analytics, social networks etc.
Program is a bit complex to begin with but it all happens because there are really a lot of ways to use it. App is great, scalable and I recommend it for businesses and freelancers.

my experience is very rich , Databox is great for small businesses trying to make a statement to investors or for anyone trying to make a presentation. It's also a great way to make data-driven decisions.
This tool allows you to create data visualizations, see your key performance indicators (KPIs) at one time, and even make it easier to back up your statistical analytical data.
nothing negative to note but I would rather say that this software is more advanced than any of the other analytics tools I've ever used.

It's a headache trying to provide reports to different SEO clients. This nearly eliminates that hassle and saves me a ton of time. The UI is amazing and the UX s clear for clients to see everything visually.
Limited integrations. I use Ahrefs for my SEO analytics and currently there is no way to make this integration without custom development. Hoping this changes in the future.

Simple, top level KPIs, easy to use, beautiful designed. We have been up and running in less than 15 minutes and hooked to our data in CRM, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc

Databox is a powerfull tool for tracking data from many sources. We are using a datawall with charts and numbers from Google Analytics, FB, Twitter and Stripe! Amazing to show on our 50" TV!

Good experience overall with the product and ease of use however the packages are disappointing.
The integrations with Adwords, Analytics, Hubspot is great and easy to setup. The standard templates cover pretty much everything you need and they are easy to display on a screen.
The lack of integration with Zendesk is weird as what I could see is there used to be one. The package choice are strange it would be nice if Plus included more data sources as Plus and Basic both have 10 then the next jump up is 50 which is annoying when you have 12 datasources.

Great analytical tool for your social media/online platforms. Anyone who isn't tech savvy should stay away.
- The ability to have all of the data/KPI's for your social media platforms on one dashboard. - The freedom to arrange/edit your dashboard the way you see fit. - Detailed analytics
- Not easy to use at all in the beginning. - The lack of a few key integrations that aren't on the platform yet.

Due to prolonged outages for the platform and syncing with Google Analytics, the reports were not reliable. We'd often show up for a client meeting, only to find out that the system had gone down a few minutes before. There was one point where it was down for nearly 3 weeks in a row. Their support took several hours to respond. Their response typically was, "Our developers fixed this, please try again."...
The drag-and-drop reports looked nice and made it easy to create visualizations.
The platform was constantly going down. We had significant outages for the platform and their ability to sync with Google Analytics. This caused our reporting to display incorrect data, if it showed data at all.

You can get started in under a minute with no prior knowledge about analytics or dashboards. The free templates (made by other marketers) make it super easy to visualize your data.
More tehcnical users might miss advanced features (like making custom in-app API calls) but I guess that would defeat the purpose of keeping it simple for the rest of us.

The ability to report and see insights in a different way visually.
I like the visual aspect of the tool and the mobile app makes things so easy and accessible. It also allows the use of most social media apps.
Not having access to download reports and merge analytics is a downfall. The tool would be a lot more useful for monthly reports and worth the price if this was possible - as not all clients want to use a link to view documents.
