Pros

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.

Pros

Great solution to collaborate, network, and share documents & knowledge with your team thanks to powerful tools such as wikis, dms, forum.
A GREAT PLATFORM : eXo provides powerful collaboration tools that delivers a great user experience. Easy to start and navigate.
It was very easy to use and can be accessed anywhere in the world. Its price point is very competitive and customer service (at least for the free trial) was good.

Cons

The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.

Cons

It's costly and heavy to load, I tried the open source version on my local server and due to the tools used in development it loaded slowly. Also doing any customization is a pain.
The amount of things on the page that demand the attention made me open a few tabs just to catch up with everything. Also, I found it hard to understand and how to actually get started.
How is this open source. I saw no option to download it.

Epic Collaboration platform makes Team management easy

Asana has brought many people into the sphere of my teams in the past, and being involved with various teams, I have built quite a bit using this platform and my teammates. It's feature rich interface has made building team projects enjoyable because of the neatness, file attachments and project specific notes. Delegating people to specific projects so they can collaborate and complete said project is a great feature considering everything is well organized and teammates can comment and construct projects, sub-projects, and campaigns quite well. A big or proficient team can compile data very quickly with the platform itself.

Pros

Asana has a very compatible and feature rich team building platform, which makes it very easy to delegate, build, and complete projects while keeping many of the individual notes and aspects of their construction organized nicely. This makes it easy for teams and organizations to operate in a manner where people can sign into Asana and collaborate in a proficient and effective way that can take projects to the next level and increase their value and overall meaning

Cons

Although the platform has served me quite well, sometimes it had been hard to enroll everyone into working with the platform. If people are not engaged with the platform or projects enthusiasm about the platform might not last that long, though better projects and management may solve these issues.

Asana is a very efficient platform that has helped improve our teamwork. It allows me to assign tasks, schedule them and check that they are done properly and on time. It helps me to improve group performance and pay attention to those who show less willingness to work.

Pros

It is a simple and intuitive platform, allows a better internal collaboration, projects and tasks sorted by priority and individual work control that helps to identify productivity problems. I like it because with the lists our teams can clearly see what to do and when to do it.

Cons

Asana is a very complete platform for collaboration and group work, since we adopted it it has improved our way of communicating and working together on projects of long duration and great technical complexity. It helps to be always up to date with updates on the projects I work on.

Pros

I like the interface design, it is attractive which makes it easy to use. It allows me to mark priority projects and set deadlines. It helps me to quickly visualize any intervention of a colleague in the project I am working on and to track the collaboration of each employee involved in the project.

Cons

I can't think of any criticism against this platform.

Cons

Changing something within the platform isn't as easy as in the mobile version and I wish there were more bells and whistles on the basic platform.

A great solution for the assignment of responsibilities in a work team and a development company.

It helped me to improve the delivery times of my requirements and keep an order of the pending tasks assigned to me and the work team.

Pros

What I liked most about this software were the notifications via email that in all keep you up to date on the status of each of the tasks assigned to the team.

Cons

I did not like that the first time I used the platform seemed a bit confusing, maybe they should improve the learning of the platform for new users a little.

Great pricing for a Project Management Platform

Overall, for the pricing, it is a really great starter project management platform.

Pros

The price. It is lower priced than many of the similar platforms out there. The task management system is also well designed.

Cons

Searching was not great within the platform and notifications sometimes went unnoticed.
