This creates a very positive experience of setting Knowa up and using it for the first time for both you as the administrator and any new users of the software.

Discussion threads are therefore not as useful to us as they perhaps could be. If I understand correctly Knowa doesn't appear to be quite so flexible as email in this respect ... unless it's just my lacking of Knowa-ledge.
