With Boardpro being technical platform, not everyone has the same level of technical expertise and so access has sometimes been challenging. While this is not necessarily a con of BoardPro, this has been my experience.

Having everything you need for a meeting and a place to store  reference material in one easy to navigate place makes this a really efficient tool.

The only thing I'd like to see is 'flying minutes' be automatically populated into the Board pack to be approved as they are with the previous meeting's minutes.

Its intuitive interface and powerful features have transformed the way I manage tasks and projects. While there are minor drawbacks, such as limited customization options and a learning curve for advanced features, the seamless integration with other tools and the convenience of the mobile app make it a standout choice for boosting productivity.

It does not include documentation authoring tools, but why would you need them to be included when Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and all the other such tools are readily available and excel at what they are there for? While Easy Board is clearly targeted at nonprofits (since we don't typically have the funds available to implement the larger, costlier Board products on the market), I would easily recommend this to for-profit organizations as well if the goal is to simply simplify your Board Meeting management without a lot of muss and fuss.

Even though folks can subscribe to their calendars based on the groups they are in, I still need to send Outlook invites directly to make sure folks show up!

This product helps keep our board and staff organized and free from lost emails and materials.

We have run into some people not getting notifications because of fire walls, but it is always on the user end and Easy Board has been responsive in trying to help problem solve for the user.
