Pros

And, best of all if you are an educator you can apply for an education license giving you all the benefits of a pro version of Canva. Finally, Canva has amazing customer support.
Super easy to use and learn, and the pro version adds a lot of extra features. Background remover is easily the best feature and worth the price if you do your own product photos.
You are able to change the text, colors, and layouts. It has been such a wonderful experience that I highly recommend this to anyone who owns a business and needs help with social media posts.

Pros

The excellent customer support with a whole arsenal of video tutorials. Great Corporate logos and print designs for advertisement, brochures and personal cards are just great.
It's intuitive and robust. The user community is brilliant and they have built great plugins, brushes, templates and other tools to help you achieve your goals.
Overall my experience with photoshop has been great. I would definitely recommend it, and the fact that it comes with the tool suite subscription makes it worth the cost.

Cons

There is a problem with Arabic text when exporting the photo. It makes the design has a bad look and there is a problem with the pixels.
Sometimes it will crash or slow down without warning while I am working on a more graphically-intense project, such as an animated image.
I hate the fact that we have to pay for certain fonts... thats very annoying and having to pay in general.

Cons

Sometimes I dislike that there are just SO many tools that it is hard to learn them all. A class would probably do wonders for someone looking to be versatile in the program.
It delays work and make you feel uncomfortable, especially when you don't know where to do it settings.
Photoshop is hard to master, with all of the intricacies contained in one program.

I can recommend Canve to people who are not professionals but want to prepare a simple and neat graphic design.

The main advantages of canva are the ease of use and a powerful database of templates, icons and photos.

I was surprised at how easy to use this was!

Amazing! I would highly recommend to my friends who don't know much about graphic design and need to create something simple for their social media!

Pros

I downloaded the app for my phone and was really surprised at how simple and easy to use this app was. I tried it out to create something quick while I was out of the house and away from my computer and was happy to find that there were some templates that I could work with.

Cons

This definitely does not have advanced capabilities like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator but that’s ok.

Neverthless, this is a powerful too, that can help you bring out stunning designs in lesser time. A wonderfully intuitive alternative to Adobe Products

Reviewed 4 years ago

We use Canva as an alternative to both Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. It's not only more cost-effective, but it doesn't take hours of training videos to understand like most Adobe products do.

Pros

Canva is the easiest graphic design software I have ever had the pleasure of using. It become more and more functional all the time, and new features are constantly being added. We use it for our own graphic design work, as well as client logos, banners, social media posts, and even medical brochures.

Cons

While the offline version of Canva still has a few bugs here and there, I really could not be happier with Canva as a whole. Since their team seems to be updating things all the time, I'm confident that these bugs will be squashed in the next month or so.

Free Online tool for Graphic Designing

Reviewed 3 years ago

Canva is the best online software where I can make my designs easily and perform editing fearlessly. I am the happiest customer of this software as it makes designing very easy. I would highly recommend all the designers to use this software or give it a try.

Pros

I feel Canva has more options than Adobe Photoshop, and it is more user-friendly than Adobe Photoshop. I didn't take any training on it. What I love the most about this software because it has given free courses to beginners. So anyone can use it, makes designs on it, and simply enjoy it.

Cons

There is a monthly subscription fee for Canva Pro to have access to all its features. Although it also provides access to Canva Free, where I can have access to limited features. Overall, it's excellent software, and I enjoy it every single time I use it.

Great app for beginners !

Reviewed 4 years ago

For the beginners it's a quite good app. The templates and usability is very well. But after being in intermediate or expert level in Graphic Designing, then I guess there's really no other alternatives than Photoshop!

Pros

For a newbie graphic designer, it's a cool app to use! The prebuilt templates are available also in free version. Graphic Designing has never been so easy before Canva! It's pretty decent and well equipped!

Cons

Sometimes lagging might occur when compressing design layers or doing high rendering jobs. But that's okay. Can't expect as pro features as Adobe Photoshop.

Photoshop review. I prefer Canva but not bad.

Reviewed 2 years ago

Not bad. I liked Canva better. I am a social media marketer. Saw this did not fit my needs as well as Canva.

Pros

Photoshop does have some pretty good photo editing features as per the name.

Cons

I feel like you can do way more with other competitors. Other competitors have looked at Photoshop and exploited weak points. The user internet needs some help. I couldn’t find an adequate amount of training to become an expert with this to make me want to use it over other competitors. I would recommend creating some training videos to show why your product is better than others.

Photoshop Is A Tool For Everyone

Reviewed 2 years ago
Pros

There are many things that I love about Photoshop - The ability to create Facebook ad content (and ad content for other platforms as well) The ability to edit product photos for websites I work for an agency and clients sometimes provide us creative that needs some work so I am able to use Photoshop to make the necessary updates so that the content is as perfect as possible.

Cons

A big competitor to Photoshop is Canva and I think there are some things that are easier to accomplish in Canva. It would benefit Photoshop to adopt some of these features to make certain tasks more intuitive. I think the biggest struggle I had was learning how to design GIFs in Photoshop, but in Canva it is very easy.

Adobe Photoshop

Worth the money

Reviewed 2 years ago
Pros

Since you buy an adobe subscription, you have access to a lot more aplication then only photoshop. And that is really worth it. Mainly with adobe we can really play with our bannery or photos from photoshoots and edit them "quickly" with the expirience we got troughout the years of using it. The reliability and hundreds of functions and application that you can use Photoshop is huge. Definitely worth almost for every ecommerce bussines! No need to hire external graphic designers since basics you can learn really quickly :)

Cons

In comparion with Canva etc it might be a little bit too pricy or "skill" required

Photoshop for full graphic editing on full swing!

Reviewed 2 years ago

If you're serious with graphic editing, you really need Photoshop, not Canva.

Pros

Nothing beats Photoshop in terms of heavy graphic editing. From portraits. posters to mockups, I can do more with Photoshop.

Cons

The price, it's really expensive. Specially if you are in a third world country.

Steep learning curve

Reviewed 2 years ago

I’ve used it for years, so I am very familiar with it. But have found some tasks a lot faster and easier with other cheaper tools in recent years.

Pros

It has all the features we’ve come to expect from image editing tools, and is incredibly powerful once you learn how to use it.

Cons

Photoshop is the original industry standard, but is now being overtaken in terms of ease of use by Canva and Procreate.

Using Photoshop is a platform like Canva and I used to edit and retouch images and also create logos.

Pros

The Photoshop application is better, because you can also do frame-by-frame animation, but you can't make real videos.

Cons

Manipulating the Photoshop application is impossible without you not doing the training and practice

I used Photoshop to create menus for my clients. Photoshop is very time-consuming; , there are new tools in the market that make this process easier. will not be using photoshop for my bussiness.

Pros

It is the best photo editing out there. has all the tools you will ever need.

Cons

Take a learning curve, it is very expensive, if you are not a proffesional, you need simple designs go with pixlr or Canva or Vista Creat.

Adobe Photoshop

The best (if somewhat unfriendly) image editor

Reviewed 3 years ago

I've enjoyed Photoshop for many years, but I can't help but feel it's about time a new, modern way of editing took its place. Whether that's something cloud-based like Canva, or just a big update to how Photoshop works, I don't know.

Pros

Photoshop is still the king when it comes to features & functionality. It's powerful, fast, and (as long as you have the time and the know-how) can do pretty much anything.

Cons

It's expensive, especially when compared to Gimp (which is free) and Canva (which is much easier to use). Many features are not designed in a way that makes sense for beginners.

Photoshop is packed with features, and you can do all kinds of interesting things with it. Some of the results you can get are incredible.

Cons

The learning curve is vast with this program, and it isn't always intuitive to use. I use it for complex edits, but for everyday image manipulation, I prefer the ease of Canva.

Super logiciel pour le graphiste

Reviewed 3 years ago

Adobe Photoshop

The most complete image editing software.

Reviewed 3 years ago

Photoshop has totally improved the quality of our designs, we have gone from using platforms like Canva to using Photoshop, the change has been very big. Our clients always demand original and professional designs, with Photoshop we have those designs.

Pros

We use this tool every day in the agency, the image editing results are 100% professional, I can add all the text fonts you need and make thousands of variations to sizes, shapes, colors. Without a doubt it is one of the best platforms we use.

Cons

I think it is a difficult software to use, it is extremely complete but you must learn how to use it first, it has so many functions that it is difficult to know how to use them all.

For advanced graphic designers and photo editors

Reviewed 2 years ago
Pros

Photoshop is ideal for advanced graphic designers and photo editors. You can do almost anything from editing raster graphics to manipulating multiple layers, masks and colors. The software can be further expanded with plugins or extensions depending on your needs.

Cons

If you're knowledgeable with how the software works and require advanced features, then Photoshop is perfect for any image editing use. But for beginners and anyone else who needs basic graphic design, I find you can easily do the same thing on an online tool like Canva.

Simply the best

Reviewed 3 years ago

Fantastic product that helps you produce top notch work. Absolutely love it.

Pros

For an all rounder graphic design solution, Photoshop is simply the best on the market. There are tools for beginners (like Canva) that provide okay quality results but for someone with graphic design skill and a desire to create something original (not based off a template), Photoshop is the one.

Cons

The cost is somewhat prohibitive, however, for NFP orgs, Adobe provide great discounts. Advanced use does take time to develop or training but what can you produce with this tool is remarkable.

Adobe Photoshop Review

Reviewed 2 years ago
Pros

I love how easy it is to edit on Photoshop and how there are so many tools at your disposal. The possibilities are endless when editing with Photoshop, and you can be as creative as your heart desires!

Cons

I do wish Photoshop ran a bit more smoothly and faster. It can be slow and choppy at times, unlike its rival Canva which is a very fast and easy software to use. Photoshop could also step up its game by offering more templates and idea inspiration, especially for the making of social media posts.
