When we lost the internet connect in between ending, it recoomnded to refresh the page and if we do that,  it does not save recent changes and wipes out recently added data

It is just not good based on my experience. If I do not know the internal codename for a feature/service just vaguely what it does then I simply cannot find it. If I search for the keywords it brings up a lot of results and almost all of them is not relevant.
