David C:                                               My name is David. I'm a pastor for Creative Arts. We were using Evernote Business and switched to OneDrive. For more reviews like this, click below. Both of these products allow you to store files in a way that's easy to access for collaborative work. Both of them have apps and desktop and laptop interfaces, and so they're easy to get to for users of any different skill level, and they just make it easier to share and work collaboratively.
			                                                       OneDrive is a great tool that's integrated well with all of the other Microsoft products. If you are already using the Office Suite, then OneDrive is a very easy way to backup all your files and access them remotely. It is a good storage size, and a lot of times it's included in purchase prices for other Microsoft suites.
			                                                       Evernote Business is best for collaborative documenting and keeping track of running documents, working on them together, finding ways to store larger files in in a shared server, but also being able to access those things easily on mobile devices, using the app.
			                                                       Since I was already a user of both of these, onboarding for us and our company was pretty easy. Evernote was easy to use because it's pretty intuitive. And it was one of the first note taking apps to be developed for iOS. OneDrive is also intuitive in the sense that it's built into as a backup for all of the other Microsoft products. So it was easy to store things on OneDrive since that's how they want you to store things. So it was relatively easy to use both of those products.
			                                                       When you're looking for collaborative and storage solutions, the most important things to think about are what environment are you already working in? If you're largely using iOS and you don't need to have the full functionality of other Microsoft products, then Evernote might be a good fit because of the way that it uses simple, note-taking and word-based software, but gives you the robust backup of a shared server with the business solution. If you're looking for a larger space to store things, though is then integrated well into other Microsoft products, then OneDrive might be the way to go, because of the way that it easily backs up any files you need to save to the Cloud, and it's a decent size storage space included in a lot of Microsoft packages.
