Instead of improving the main product and providing a responsive support, they now concentrate on cloning Slack.

During the last year not a single improvement was implemented in the task manager, all the efforts go to this "yet another" corporate chat.

I consider myself fairly tech savvy so that says a lot about the platform.

Recently they have removed a feature we were using heavily without even notifying us.

I think the price is reasonable and not very pricey per user.

We're looking for alternatives to switch to.
