It can sometimes be difficult to find requests as they are sorted by subject or email address. When sending out numerous information requests, sorting by email address isn't great especially when an email address doesn't contain their name.

I have found no negatives with using Glasscubes to date. If I was pushed to single out one thing it is that some uploaded file types cannot be printed directly to my printer, but this is a very minor gripe.

You are a bit limited with the basic HTML coding for Workspace layout.

The platform itself is intuitive, so onboarding new team members is easy, and document sharing and approvals work smoothly.

I can’t delete requests very easily, which slows me down when tidying old items.

It allows me to manage my workload effectively and without any issues.

You can track internal workflows with colleagues.

This is purely down to how easy it is to use, and creating requests for clients is both efficient and provides everything you need to get the information required.

Many issues faced follow user error/lack of input and I feel this is a system where you get out what you put in - work needed to make maximum use of it.

If I make a comment in the main dashboard area it puts a task on the "Response Needed" logo (orange 'refreshing' style logo) and I have no ability to mark it "ticked green" as complete unless the client responds.

I feel you can create things such as teams where if there are different companies collaborating on this then it will notify more than one person from the other company. As this is something that has been highlighted during my use of this software as my colleague would receive notifications and I would not.
