Google Workspace is a more affordable Office 365 for everyday users

G Suite is fantastic for what it is meant for, which is low-intensity communication. Gmail is a great email service, and docs are good for keeping track of information. However, Drive should not be used to replace information repositories or file management services.

Goole Workspace is the best tool for any businesses

In my job I use a lot Google sheets, Google docs and Google Drive. I use Google sheets for labels and annual planing for my classroom. Google docs is used in school records and Google drive is used to store documents, saving me from using a stick.

Instant Collaboration is the main reason I love it. We have moved to Google Workspace now. It has saved so much time, effort and space on my laptop using Google doc and reducing back and forth via email.

we are mainly using google docs as a collaboration suite for files making it easier for consumers to take part in just with their regular gmail account, so far it was the only reason we decided to go with google docs instead of inhouse nextcloud.
