It's been great, it's saved me a few times and it being on a cloud makes it really versatile.

A great alternative to other programs

At least on cellular i wish it had the capability that adobe acrobat on my sell to be able to sign or fill out a doc and send it back, but I'm sure it will one day.

I absolutely love Google Docs. It is so easy to share with coworkers and outside vendors. It makes collaboration easy and straightforward. We can all be editing a document in real-time, which speeds up the back-and-forth process immensely. It is easy to edit, add comments, and track changes. This also acts as a version control. Because we are all working on the same document, as opposed to emailing a Microsoft Word document, making changes, saving, and sending back and forth, there's no need to worry about whether we are looking at the latest version.

Because I use Docs for everything from composing basic documents to store and/or print to more complex collaborative work documents, I am overall very pleased with this product.

I use Google Docs because as a writer it makes the editing process so much easier. I send my pieces to my boss and they can make edits, suggestions or even add notes. It's a great tool to have in an office and it honestly just makes my life easier.

Some options are missing from it, but that is to be expected from a web-based app. The only thing I dislike is how hard it is to open the documents generated in Google Docs through other software.

The downside of this is that someone can edit the document as you are presenting and mess with your presentation or confuse your line of thoughts.

The icons are small and it's easy to accidentally press the wrong button or hit the wrong combination of keystrokes and change the menu into tiny icons with no explanations.
