The Product is Good but the policy for partners in selling product is not as per standard, like they don't refer the cases to partners they directly deal with them where in other partnership every query is referred to Partners from where it comes.

However, it has powerful document management tools so that you can exactly who is accessing documents at any time.

The documentation provided is typical for software - it explains how to set up the system but not best practice on using the various features.

One downside of LogicalDOC is the lack of customization options.

Often we find that the default settings do not quite fit our needs and there is no easy way to change them.

The lack of customization options is the only drawback we found.

Another very powerful tool is the "Edit with Office" feature.
