What I liked most about Microsoft 365 is its seamless integration across tools and devices, which makes collaboration, communication, and productivity incredibly efficient.

For most users, the experience is no longer about opening Word or Excel; it's about interacting with a central intelligence layer (Copilot) that moves with you across every task.

We had to sort data based on specific parameters which worked on screen but showed us the wrong sums of the data.   When we copied the subset of data out of the spreadsheet we would get the correct sum.

Limitations I encountered was that, while using the Excel Online during multi user edit where in 2 or more users are working simultaneously on a complex sheet, the formula is not instantly refreshed.

What I like least about Microsoft 365 is the spam filtering, for me it has not been well and I get quite a few of spam emails.

That said, it can feel overly complex and expensive if you only need basic features, and some apps can be resource-heavy. But for business, corporate, or collaborative settings, the benefits usually outweigh the drawbacks.

The range of programmes and the synchronisation across all of them makes it the must have / go-to for business wide activities

I primarily use the browser versions of OneDrive, and about 50% of the time use the browser version for everything besides Outlook.
