What I like the most in Might Networks is the flexibility of creating anything you need.

When I started my online community, I didn't want to rely on Facebook and I also wanted software that would allow me to share pre-recorded workshops etc.

I do appreciate how supportive the resources and livestreams MN creates are for folks getting started.

Minor issue - moving discussion threads between topics is excellent, but replies can be lost when moving a discussion thread from one sub-group to another.  

I would stay with Mighty Networks if I could process my subscription payments directly with MN, or with another payment processor.

This doesn't seem to align with the industry standard where if you're paying a monthly fee to use the service, there is no processing fee.

Discord is a complete communication tool that makes it possible to exchange text and audio messages, and individual or group video calls. This interaction takes place on public or private servers, which are only accessible to users who have received an invitation.

Editor

This is a problem that is probably due to the early stage. But if you delivered this in the current form, you'd have to deal with customer support issues.

The developers, the pace in which they are improving the platform, this is a really focused team, they are constantly improving the platform, support is also responsive which is really good to see, had problems in the past with other SAAS companies that apparently had a great service but support was lacking, this is fortunately not the case with Uuki.
