For the cons, the one that stood out the most for me, is that the free version doesn’t let me create more than 3 dashboards at the same time, because when I need to open many dashboards for the big projects, then I need to use another tool or just try to adjust to the limit it is giving me, and it’s not really comfortable.

It is how quickly it helps teams get aligned—whether it’s brainstorming, mapping flows, or running a workshop, everyone can contribute in real time without needing to be in the same room.
