The AI chat assistant functionality allows users to interact with their meeting notes archive through natural language queries to request specific action items from previous meetings, generate follow up emails, or produce reports based on meeting content. Calendar integration capabilities connect with Google Calendar and Zoom to automatically detect scheduled meetings and initiate recording sessions with minimal intervention. Meeting transcripts remain fully searchable across the entire history, and the software provides export functionality for transcripts and summaries in PDF and TXT formats.

The platform implements secure cloud storage with enterprise grade data protection by using HTTPS and TLS encryption for data in transit and AES encryption for data at rest. Notica does not use customer meeting recordings or transcripts for AI model training purposes to maintain data isolation for privacy compliance.
