Started off with them because of competitive pricing and the service has continued to improve since we joined. I recommend them constantly to other podcaster friends.
My only complaint is that if you don't use your space for a month you loose it. Sometimes I need extra podcast time.
It's a good jumping off point for those who want to delve into the world of podcasts. It's easy to navigate, looks nice and gets the job done well for introductory and smaller scale podcasting.
This is probably the reason I'll have to switch podcasting services at the end of this year; much to my regret.
It is a good platform, very easy to use and friendly interface, I really liked the integrations that you have with other platforms such as iTunes.
But that may not be possible, or maybe it was just hard for me with my limited knowledge.

The website layouts are a bit ugly and boring.

Fantastic service for the money they ask. Twilio is a wonderful tool for building an infrastructure for making phone calls and sending SMS messages.
Some of the support team at Twilio is okay. Some of them are the worst: Rude, unhelpful and stubborn and zero knowledge about their product and the industry they are part of.
It just works great and helps businesses communicate effectively and programmatically.
Me and my client's completely mislead by an account executive who wasted our 4 weeks.
Wonderful people, always replay within a few hours of my late-night support emails. Reducing the bills is fantastic, and the tool plugs and plays with everything else nicely.
Have not came across anything during the trial that I dislike.
I like that it integrates with our Church Management Software. The customer service is excellent and communication is timely.
Information for the error is minimum, so we can't get more information why the sms is not delivered. Also the price is quite high to send 1 SMS.
Great api documentation and that too in multiple languages which helps a lot while developing.
Sending of messages is pretty fast, there is log of messaging activity and overall this is a great tool to extend your marketing messaging.
It also has very helpful and well detailed documentation for ease of use. Rates are also very resoanable according to market.
We use it for alerting when things aren' going well. Setting up the api was super simple, and integrating it with our codebase was easy enough.

I love the meeting summaries and the tasks it generates. I also love being able to rewatch any of my meetings without having to record, download and save each meeting to my desktop.
I'm afraid the rug will get ripped out from under me and I'll have to pay to access my files some day.
Excellent AI TOOL and the customer service has been excellent as well. Super fast answers from the team and very easy to use.
Inability to upload external recordings for processing, but aware this is on the roadmap for the future.
The team is really great and I can tell they care deeply about the customer. They are quick and responsive and I'm really impressed and excited with the direction Fathom is heading.
My only downside is when someone uses screenshare the fathom app can't also appear.
The tool helps my clients as the summary and reading back what they share is incredibly useful - and demonstrates on reflection the huge value and benefit of the work we do togther.
I guess the only drawback is that you need to pay (more) attention to the meeting and decide why category to place the comments. This mind juggling can be disconcerting.

It's wonderful to have the whole project in the cloud with comments shared like a Google Doc for collaboration. The automatic transcription works pretty well with clear speakers.
I lost at least 8 hours of work. I contacted tech support and their discord server.
Filler word removal has been great. Its great for recording scripted ads too as I can quickly punch in/out to get the right cadence and ultimately the best take.
The most annoying to me is that the window always opens in the default size (i.e. small) and never remembers the sizing or positioning that I choose every time I open it.
And when I asked a sound technician to check my quality he was impressed with the sound. The room tone is a great addition.
After a friday and weekend of panic and frustration, the project did open.
Love that they also make such regular improvements based on customer needs. Great customer service, great product.
No COPY and PASTE function for video clips. How clips are pinned is still a bit of a mystery to me.

IT DOES THAT AND FAR MORE... it is very easy to use with a very good help section and plenty of back up from the company.
I think I just have to use the software more. My editing was horrific.
The customer service is excellent, the Facebook group is great and overall the experience is great.

I loved the ability to be able to use the videos to assist me in setting things up, as well as using the software. Having the connection to help if I needed it was also very useful.
The creative use of the software can give you an immediate advantage. Its very easy to save, edit, preview and distribute.
It's definitely a learning curve, but the quality of the product is definitely brilliant.
Wonderful backup support, query resolution is wonderful and so quick and so swift.
A real bonus is the excellent support from the help team, they have the answers, they feed back very rapidly and then check in with you to see if you have solved the issue faced.
Finally, the customer support is truly amazing, they spent 30 minutes showing me the ropes and whenever I needed a helping hand, they were there.

Easy to use and web site offers good help. Customer service is responsive and helpful.
Occasionally, but not often, it seems to crash, but no data is lost and all I have to do to fix the system is to return to home page and re-click on the recording.
The great thing about SONIX is the interface and transcription are easy and quick. Several of us in different cities needed access to the transcription and it was easy to share.
I would still try to simplify it because it's confusing. You get charged a membership fee which then gives you access to transcription services which are billed based on usage.
I loved the option to upload videos that are in other languages and Sonix was able to transcribe it. Much better than other softwares out there today.
It was just so damn simple. Upload a file, select language, let it translate, download results.
The accuracy is satisfactory and it's one of the most reasonably priced platforms- since research is a service I provide for my clients, I'm confident in knowing that this is simply THE best.
I haven't tried the dictionary feature to see if it would help. Also, if the speaker is not talking clearly, there are a lot more grammatical errors and misunderstood words.
The customer service team is extremely friendly and helpful. The ease of use of the software is straightforward with no major snags that I can remember.
It really sped up the process and was a great help to me. If I had an ongoing need to make these videos (monthly, for example), I would DEFINITELY buy this product.
And I just love their sense of humor and human touch to it.
It was great and I will continue to use and recommend.

The speech recognition that I use on ELSA is excellent. I also love using the dictionary and listening to stories.
UI / Gamification is somewhat confused. Somwhat costly if using not so often (should have more pricing options).
The progress report is useful for me. I can improve with that report.
Some pronunciations are wrong or the IPA is wrong. For example, 'mouse'-> the program wants a Z sound instead of S and corrects you accordingly.
It is also very interactive and fun to use. I like the dictionary function as well.
However, I lack information about different features such as how and why you get points in the League game. I lack extra info to read about new features in the app at all.
It is the perfect learning companion, with a daily goal of 20 minutes of lessons, you quickly see improvement.
