The feature functionality around scheduling meetings, building agendas, and aggregating attachments works well (although this doesn't carry through actually running a meeting).

I can provide them with a link on how to do it, but sometimes it is easier for me to do it for them.

I reached out to OnBoard regarding same and they confirmed the user would need to have the Excel App downloaded on their device.

In comparison to other well-known board pack software, OnBoard operates a little bit differently, so customers who are accustomed to other types may require more assistance to get acclimated to it. Because they are a little too subtle, upload failure notifications can be overlooked if you are working quickly.
