Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

RevQR overview
What is RevQR?
RevQR is a work instruction version control system designed for manufacturing shop floors requiring controlled document distribution without Product Lifecycle Management complexity. The platform addresses the operational challenge of ensuring operators access current, approved work instruction revisions at their workstations via QR code technology. The system is suitable for facilities with ten to two hundred operators across medical device ISO one three four eight five, automotive IATF one six nine four nine, aerospace AS nine one zero zero, and GMP-regulated environments. It targets organizations where scrap, rework, and audit compliance gaps arise from inconsistent deployment of engineering changes.
RevQR operates through a three-step workflow that begins with editors uploading draft revisions and publishing one as current while prior versions become superseded. Operators scan a QR code to access the latest approved documentation without logging in. The solution provides mutable links for workstation posters that update automatically and immutable links for lot labels to support traceability requirements. It supports PDF, PNG, and JPEG files up to fifty megabytes and delivers fast mobile preview on any phone, tablet, or workstation browser without requiring an application installation.
The platform offers a default no-login QR access mode suited to shared workstations and high scan volumes along with an optional audit mode requiring operator identifier and personal identification number authentication. The audit mode ties acknowledgements to named operators and includes reader status tracking with acknowledgement due dates, group assignments by team or role, and overdue follow-up monitoring. A status overview dashboard displays acknowledged, pending, and overdue reader statuses across all documents with per-reader acknowledgement details and due date tracking.
RevQR maintains data sovereignty through European hosting, published data processing agreements, and transparent subprocessor lists. The system enforces a no-vendor-lock-in policy, allowing organizations to export all documents at any time while retaining ownership of their content. For organizations with specific IT requirements, the platform can be deployed in the customer cloud environment under managed operations including upgrades, backups, and monitoring. RevQR provides a focused document control solution that preserves current work instruction revision at the point of use and retains a complete history for quality assurance purposes.
