The interface is beautiful, user friendly, and with the incredible variety of field types, powerful views and filters, you can accomplish almost anything in here. I used Sharepoint Lists and Microsoft Flow at a previous organization, and this is a million times better. What a beautiful piece of tech!
This software is incredibly powerful, and once you get the hang of it, pretty simple to use. We are so grateful for the nonprofit discount, which makes it affordable for our organization. We're using it to manage grant applications and awards in tandem with other software such as Typeform, Gmail, Google Drive, and Slack. It has many powerful built in automation capabilities, and works very well with Zapier for even more power.
Airtable can take some effort and training to learn and master, in order to use it to it's maximum capacity.

Airtable is so much like excel, but more intuitive and user friendly. I love that you can easily link tables, change colors for categorizing, and flow work with coworkers. The product is intuitive and it is much easier to create meaningful relationships between qualitative data than in excel
I have a hard time paying for something I know I can duplicate within Excel (which I have already paid for). While it is more intuitive, since our business is so small, it was too hard to justify paying for a monthly plan when we could create tables within our SharePoint Microsoft Excel.

Ease of use, easy to customize, integrates well with SharePoint, templates were well designed and intuitive.
This software comes with user-friendly templates and is very easy to customize. We needed an "Issue Tracker" that kept technical, scheduling, and student issues all in one place. We used the "Bugs" template and customized it for our school. It is incredibly easy to use, and it is easily incorporated into SharePoint (our primary home for school-related documents).
There really isn't anything I didn't like about this software. I wish we had known about it sooner. As we work to move all of our documentation into SharePoint, it was the perfect product to meet our needs.

It's an elegant and modern alternative to Microsoft Project Plan
I like it's excel look-a-like and the multiple drag and drop functionality.
Their integrations are not easy to install.

Airtable offers the ease of use and is less time consuming to do simple actions than Microsoft Excel
Simplicity, design and power of the IA powered tools.
Pricing can be a little bit expansive for growing teams.

Airtable helped me a lot when I had to demonstrate to students on cloud storage functionalities when we were creating an app for storing, deleting, and updating data.
I love Aritable especially the import base feature which allows me to upload my Microsoft file
The software got lots of features which overwhelms me but I think it's great! though

Our organization has moved several process flows and forms to Airtable in the last 12 months. It has greatly improved our efficiency.
Airtable takes the features of Microsoft Excel and integrates it with several other features including forms
Airtable offers so many features that it takes some time to learn how to effectively use it.

Not the best solution overall, but definitely the best solution for the price. If you require additional functionality and are willing to pay, you can definitely upgrade and it’s well worth every penny.
It’s an alternative to Microsoft access and lets me manipulate a database as easy as updating the spreadsheet
Advanced database tools can be cumbersome At times and it’s not quite powerful enough to do full-blown database driven applications like you can in some other software

It's solved the issue of using Microsoft Excel for starters. Airtable is really powerful and is just geared towards 21st century building online.
How easy it was to get going. It was all very intuitive.
I honestly wouldn't call myself a power user, just the basics, and I haven't run into any problems yet.

Best Software to keep and manage my content with much more productivity than any other software.
No cons at all,To be honest, it is far away the best software than any Microsoft excel or google sheets.

The easy use, and the Cloud solution. The price because you can use it for free.
it works like microsoft exel but in the cloud, and you could operate like a cloud database to use with Android application.

Imagine using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets but with a simple user interface, great features, and the best part - great level of 3rd party integrations are possible.
User-friendly interface! Super easy to collaborate with the team and also the third-party applications. Their free plan is genuinely good and comprehensive!
Their paid plan is a touch expensive, once you surpass the free 1,000 entries per database.

Airtable was suggested to me as being a good replacement for Microsoft Project, but I found that I was unable to use it effectively for that purpose.
Airtable looks great and has many features built in. It has a lot of templates and documentation to help you create your spreadsheets and charts. Collaborating with multiple people is easy.
I didn't like that I had to pay per-workspace rather than per-account. The navigation around the spreadsheet/table was slow and clunky. There were times when I had to unlearn some things about spreadsheets to learn the airtable way of manipulating rows and columns.

My overall experience with Airtable has been pretty good, I don't use it as much as most people but it's not bad.
- User friendly - Works with a lot of other services - Great way to manage information - Great templates to choose from
- It can be a little hard to figure out at first - communication options are limited - It really doesn't support the Microsoft Excel formatting

AirTable has helped with data management and the function/formulas make it easy for updates to change other related fields.
AirTable features many of same functions as Microsoft excel. Can input formulas and similar features making it an extremely useful for data input.
Does have maximum amount of memory that can be used, can expand for more cost.

Airtable has been amazing to use working with my clients and keeping them up to do on current projects and being able to attach visual aspects to the project. That has made my clients very happy!
Airtable is amazing for project management and sharing work with other team members. The extra check boxes for adding documents or messaging, charts, etc. just makes this the best software with keeping track of everything!
It's a little harder to figure everything out than a traditional Microsoft Excel sheet but once you get the hang of it, you'll never look back!

Very positive! Has a limited use case but the beautiful colors and inter-team view system make it useful and appealing for storing certain data.
Airtable helped information of all types for my team to organize and view collaboratively.
I wish there were more features similar to Microsoft Excel. I found myself having to copy and paste info into excel to do basic math functions while crunching numbers.

I recommend a lot of people use Airtable and apply all the process of their companies. I'm really proud of this incredible product that i'm sure that will growth a lot (Microsoft are copying them, Google too...)
Las features of automations are AMAZING, if you use it correctly you can automate ALL your company process
Statistics and logs can be improved or tools for monitoring your services if you run it on production (like my case)

I love Airtable. It takes the place of using the more primitive Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, which aren't a time saver option. Any software that is user-friendly and can be set up to automatically update records is a manager's dream!
Airtable is a powerful tool that all businesses should consider using, if they haven't discovered it yet. It's so simple to use, fully customizable, and offers a huge range of options for storing, editing, and managing content. As a project manager, I need a way to maintain and update records on the fly on a daily basis. This software offers a sustainable option to do that as our company's needs and goals scale into the future.
Nothing, this software is truly amazing. The possibilities are limitless.

Airtable is the best option to organize data tables, especially if what you want is to organize the information through Smartphone devices, which is quite surprising considering that it is normally uncomfortable to use spreadsheets on cell phones.
Working with fields within airtable databases is really easy. It also manages the tables very well, in the same way they can be used from Microsoft Excel. That is, it serves to manage spreadsheets in general.
There are several limitations in relation to the way in which artartable segments the information and shows it to us, especially in the organization of lists. It does not have so many collaborative functions, so despite granting access to the tables to third parties, good group support is not maintained.

Flexibility and ease of use, no need for programming skills, just logic
I love how AirTable is so easy to use! I used to program my tools on Excel or Sharepoint, and even on SQL. While these tools have a lot of benefit and has a place in the process improvement world, AirTable is just a great tool for quick implementation. You can use and break it anytime, and it's easy to reshape and recreate! Plus the free use is already a good use for a small company!
It doesn't have the flexibility of having recurring events. Like SQL, I need to think outside the box to do more complex operations.

I love that it helps me to keep things organized and create a system and flow to manage my social media and blog posts. It is aesthetically pleasing and works like Microsoft Access and excel all put together.
It is a bit taxing to get setup unless you use a template. But once you get the hang of it it is great to use.

Airtable got a minimal cool UI but it might take time to understand everything, it allows you to manage data just like a database but in something like Microsoft Excel but it can handle more data and it has more functionality.
The mobile app is so poor and doesn't have such functionality compared to the desktop app, and when copying/pasting data from a Excel sheet to an Airtable sheet, it doesn't look identical and there might be some things incorrect.

We have moved our own business applications from Microsoft Access to Airtable and our building new bases for client projects. We needed to upgrade to the Pro Plan because of the volume of records, and found that tech support was better at this level
Airtable is a robust solution for managing data in a collaborative environment. It's affordable and scalable for a broad range of projects
To get the most of how you manage and present your data, it is best to use formulas These formulas can be quite complicated to set up and time-consuming, but worth it in the long run

I use this app everyday and Airtable really made my job a bit easier. Even if it is a paid app, it helped me even by just using a free account.
Very easy to use Accessible anywhere as long as you have an internet Blocks/Apps are helpful Neat-looking app
Not all formulas from Microsoft Excel can be used here. A bit confusing at first but once you get a hang of it, it will be easier to use. Free account, not enough. Hope they can increase it.
