I think Slack needs to update their software to be in line with how most messaging systems work these days, where when you reply to a specific message, the reply shows that it's to that specific message. When you hit 'Reply' to a specific message in Slack, and you forget to tick the box 'Display in thread' , the reply only appears on the message wherever it was in the chat, starting a new thread.

Apart from that , over the time ,teams may create too many channels ,which can lead to the confusion and make it harder for me to identify where specific discussions should takes place.

It allows us to set up specific channels for each loan file and client, centralizing all discussions, documents, and updates in one place, which reduces the chance of overlooking critical details buried in email chains.

The most obvious is being able to communicate with either a client or a team member directly, send notes and files, have a quick voice call, and be notified of new activity. But I love that my email inbox counts are dramatically decreased and I can get caught up really quickly or search find something that I may have missed.
