It's a very cleverly designed tool, extremely useful once one understands how to use it best. It really helps vizualise goals and long term visions. It can easily adapt to different needs and the more one adds the better it becomes. The Horizon feature is something I was looking for in a long time and could not find it in other apps.
The simplicity of the design. The view of the whole year/quarters. The feature of "Climbs"
It takes time to understand how it can be used. There is no option to tag tasks. The colors feature is nice but would be better if we could name each color. Not much information on the company, future updates and privacy of fate

Overall, I really like Timestripe. Once, you get used to it and find your system it is very easy to use and it's great in helping you fulfill your goals.
I absolutely loved that I can set goals in different timelines and spaces in Timestripe. Personal goals and work goals can be easily recorded in different spaces, and then through different timelines, from long-term yearly goals to quarterly goals, monthly and weekly goals. I can break down a huge goal into smaller and smaller targets, which makes it very actionable. The interface is very cool, easy and fun to use.
The tutorials were a little bit difficult to understand making the learning curve a bit longer and steeper. It would be nice to have more examples of how to use Timestripe (ex. more templates, or more videos on different ways to take advantage of the features).

Timestripe is a game-changer for me! It’s like having a superpower to plan, manage, and customize my goals. If you’re looking for a structured yet flexible way to tackle your time and tasks, Timestripe is definitely worth checking out.
This task management tool is a game-changer! You can create tasks, set deadlines, and prioritize them with ease. I also love the drag-and-drop feature, which makes rearranging tasks a breeze. But wait, there’s more! You can also set long-term and short-term goals, and it integrates seamlessly with Google and Apple calendars. This way, your tasks and deadlines will stay in sync across all your devices. And the core feature? The timeline view! It’s like having a magic window into your future. You can see your tasks and goals laid out over time, and it has worked absolutely fantastic for me!
It would be awesome if there was a native macOS app. You can usually use it on your iPad or iPhone without any issues. But no worries, it has a website you can use with any browser.

I recently tried the Timestripe.com app and am very pleased with it. The app is user-friendly and helps efficiently manage both short-term and long-term goals. With a clear interface, you can easily assign tasks to weeks or months, making planning straightforward. Overall, Timestripe.com is a reliable and useful tool for anyone looking to improve their productivity.
What I particularly appreciate is how the app helps to put priorities in the right context.
The app could benefit from more integrations with other tools.

Timestripe helps me set my goals rather than just creating to-do lists, enhancing my productivity and helping me achieve long-term objectives. Its interface encourages me to focus more on the actions needed to reach my long-term goals, something I couldn’t achieve with any other to-do app I tried before, and I tried many. Additionally, its unique approach sets it apart from traditional task management applications.
At first, using this app was disturbing because it completely reshapes how you manage your to-dos. But thanks to the templates and modules, which act like tutorials, it helps you rethink your organization and determine real objectives for the mid and long term, not just tasks. What I absolutely adore about Timestripe is its organization. You can start building a plan by thinking of your high-level...
A native Mac app with notifications is missing, even though the web app can be used as an app. Additionally, more shortcuts for navigating the app would be great—I know I'm a shortcut nerd!

Best time/task management app I worked with so far.
What I absolutely adore about Timestripe is that it works in collections (lists of things) and future logs, just like bullet journal does. I can plan things for the next week, I can see things from list My Business scheduled for today, this week, this month and this year. Of course I can have there my own habit tracker too! The app is simple, clean, works perfectly for all my devices (including Windows laptop, Android phone and iPad). The tutorial is truly helpful too, and the community is active, offering some challenges.
The free version is very limited and not satisfying at all, you really have to pay to enjoy the possibilities of Timestripe. This is the only downside of Timestripe I found.

I’ve been enjoying the features too much, especially the timeline view, because the separation of the tasks for different timeframes. I appreciate the focus on the goals, the templates of different productivity techniques, also I the Horizons feature and Insights panel. Besides the UI is excellent!
For while it's difficult to find problems or points to improve. I’ve been using the tool for a week and I’m very satisfied and excited about it. I don’t have anything negative to report, I just would like it they offered a way to make graphic connections between differente related elements.

I like the separation of my tasks for different time groups: days, weeks, months, and years. On top of that, I like the Horizons feature and Insights panel.

I have a real problem with goal setting in general, but Timestripe makes the barrier to entry simple and natural. It's been an absolute game changer for my daily / weekly planning. Being able to visually connect my daily tasks to larger goals is something I can't believe I wasn't doing before. It's a dream for scatterbrained entrepreneurs like me!
Not necessarily any cons per se, but some features I'd love to see in future iterations... A simple way to limit the number of daily tasks I choose to work on to be realistic with myself • More functional two-way calendar sync so I can time block from Timestripe • A more native macOS app (specifically with text scaling!)

I've researched and tried numerous to-do services. All of them share a common problem: they're overly complex, with a high entry threshold. For simple daily tasks—like adding a task, looking something up, or quickly jotting down a note—you need to navigate through too many steps. I used Workflowy for about 10 years—it offered maximum simplicity and freedom. I switched to Timestripe because of its Horizon view, which is beautiful. Unfortunately, it still involves navigating through a lot of interfaces; it's more about the UX. But it's a worthy compromise, and definitely, I haven't encountered a simpler and more pleasant to-do service interaction in the last 15 years.
A unique representation of the planning horizon is the Horizon view. Enjoyable user interface.

1. The Horizons. This is a unique feature that only Timestrip has. It has also helped me to concentrate better on my tasks. 2. Beautiful design. Timestripe is just a pleasure to use, the interface is very simple and not distracting.
Calendar view. You can schedule time slots in Timestripe. At the moment there is no two-way synchronisation with Google Calendar. I'd like to switch to Timestripe completely and move my appointments into it. I can't do that right now, but I know the team is actively working on it.
