It is easy to manage the ideas, respond to users, and send messages.

Overall, the experience has been positive, but we do question the value we get out of the idea management board for what we pay.

The knowledge board and upvoting features are easy to use.

We currently use the Knowledge Base, the Idea Dashboard, and the Support tickets system.

I suppose this is due to a switch on the types of customers Uservoice targets now (Microsoft-like).

I like the level of customization that is possible within the platform, how I can switch to different views and then also see what other team members are working with it allows for great project collaboration.

Ideas portal provide a nice way of customer interaction, same as options to publish roadmaps in dedicated views.

Aha! make it easy to allow for team collaboration on various mediums, but also makes it easy for all generations to use it.

It really does help with project management and convey our ideas while working remotely

The integration with DevOps is providing almost everything which is needed, and what is missing I was able to integrate it developing on the API framework of Aha which is very complete.

I really enjoy the amount of project collaboration I can integrate on this platform.
