I love the easy of use, it's stable and it's very easy to find and share the recoded video.

The Mac app is also a nice bonus for any Mac user even so that I am not one. That being said, I am more than happy with my chrome extension as it works fine for what I use it for.

I like the ability to organise my videos especially when you have more than 100. The navigation is clean and you can get to anything in 2 clicks.

My overall experience is one of great ease of use coupled with amazing functionality.

The editor feature is very basic for now and using it is not as easy. I found it hard to clip off selected section of the video.

I am finding creative ways to use Vmaker in my life. It's fun to send a link to my mom to show her how to do something or just say hello. Also, whenever I have a tech support issue or something wrong with a purchase, I just make a quick video of the problem I am having and send the link via email or chat. It saves me SO MUCH HEADACHE going back and forth trying to explain the problem to someone. I always use a friendly tone of voice when showing the problem and I think the person watching the video feels more like helping me because of the more personal touch. I'm always trying to find ways to use Vmaker instead of just email.

I use Vmaker to create creative briefs for my designers and animators. It's easier to show reference on my screen while I can record my face explaining what I need in the creative. This is 100x simpler than typing the creative briefs, adding screenshots and giving references.

Excellent experience with features and support.  Although sometimes, it doesn't convert properly.  It's getting better all the time.  Pricing is good.

I did have an issue with longer video recording that took quite very long time to upload. Not sure if it was a bug.

It's an amazing tool for creating video content, sharing feedbacks, saving time on meetings, and it's much cheaper than Loom which also is ridden of bugs. I have been using Vmaker for almost 6 months now and it has worked great all the time.
