It only sends texts to designated cell phones, not just a number listed as "Main" unless you want multiple numbers from the same household to receive texts, which our clients have not been happy about.

Unreliable backup and storage

The only "cons" I've found for WhatsApp is that it needs to be backed up every once in a while just in case you lose your phone (Android) and that it's not cloud-based so whenever I'm using the Windows App and my phone shuts down I lose all ability to send or receive messages.
