I've had a constantly good experience with WhatsApp bar few occasions that I had to work in outstations where the reception was bad. I had to revert to Normal calls and messages using my carrier but other than that, It is my go-to app for communication.
WhatsApp is pretty much straightforward with its service, Messaging. It's easy to install and use. Just download the app from an Appstore and then register with your mobile number. It doesn't need any special privileges or training to use.
WhatsApp relies on the internet since it's an IM/VOIP app. If you are in a place with low reception the messages might get delayed or won't work at all.

Leaving aside the little problem with the beta version of WhatsApp Web, the rest works great!
It is the best messaging application on the market, that simple.
The last update that came with the Whatsapp Web Beta is so, so bad, it takes a long time to load the messages before opening, sometimes it closes as soon as it opens, it needs a lot of improvements. It was fine when they gave the costumer the option to use the beta version or not, but now they force us to use it, and it's very annoying to have to wait up to 3 minutes when opening the app.

The software is easy to setup. Time is everything for me when discussing work-related tasks. It's a basic program used for basic communications.
There are part-time people in our space that are timewasters that troll others that I wish there was a way that WhatsApp could help. There has been very unprofessional banter between parties that I have witnessed as being over the line. I wish there was a feature built in to quickly squash that kind of behavior.

WhatsApp has brought many benefits. It has made communication easier for me since almost everyone uses this application. It has a diversity of functions, it inspires me a lot of confidence because it turns out to be very safe. With the version for companies we have managed to project our services, we have captured some clients and at night the programmed responses do all the work. In addition, there is a version for computers that helps a lot when one is working on one of them. WhatsApp definitely shortens distances and enriches communication.
WhatsApp has many advantages. It is the most popular messaging application, most people use it. The video calls are very stable, the conversations are in real time, the calls are of high quality, groups can be created, prepared answers can be programmed, a complete profile of the company and its products can be created, it has many gifts, emoticons, large files can be attached, several files can be sent in a single message, it is a secure application, it offers several security alternatives so that no one enters our account, the messages are encrypted.
Certain aspects could be improved, for example, not limiting the forwarding of popular messages, sometimes it is uncomfortable to have to forward a message from person to person, one by one. And it would be nice to allow larger groups to be created.

This app serves day to day instant messaging and media sharing needs and fits for majority of audience
This application has good UI & UX which is major part in any application's success. Few likeable features are fast IMs , active file sharing and integration with maps and location
Group calls can be reverted to original fashion instead of simulating it like meeting invite
