WebProof is an online proofing solution that allows multiple reviewers to access and collaboratively review & approve projects. The platform supports graphics businesses such as designers, agencies, translators, newspapers, and retailers in sharing designs with clients, and receiving comments & approvals.

WebProof allows users to upload PDF files to share with clients or collaborators, or import designs directly from Adobe InDesign or Illustrator. Through the commenting tool collaborators and clients can provide feedback, and internal or external proofreaders can suggest corrections directly on the document or artwork. The overview provides users with a page-by-page view of the entire project, with color-coded statuses for at-a-glance tracking of entire campaigns. Multiple projects can be managed at one time as users can view which jobs have been approved and which need action, with real-time updates.

WebProof's revision history lets users track all corrections made to each page of a document, with all actions fully audited to provide insight into what changes were made and by whom. Files can be attached to comments to provide new images or text for updates, and the InDesign plugin enables direct editing of designs from within WebProof. WebProof also provides a native app for iOS, allowing users to manage proofing from wherever they are.
