Enhanced Collaboration: The desk booking systems facilitate collaboration by allowing my me to book desks near teammates and meeting rooms for group work.

I couldn't figure out how, and I was confused because on the page I was trying to delete the booking, the button the 'cancel' the booking looked like a button the 'cancel' out of the page - I normally can figure out most software but this actually stymied me as it had no tool tips or further guidance on the page...

When my company initially adopted it, the system required users to double-confirm their bookings via email, which was annoying.

Reasonably intuitive, allows for efficiencies such as booking multiple days in a row with one booking.

Options for booking (Map or time based) so you can have a flexible booking based on availability.

The word cancel shown in a button, next to an edit button, means something different in most software so that part is NOT intuitive :-)

There’s a resource I can only book for 2hrs at a time but sometimes I need to book it multiple times a day so it would be non-stop notifications if I had it on.

It can be a little competitive to book popular lab resources but being able to plan ahead your day looking at the bookings among coworkers and other teams is so helpful!

When a person cancels a desk, we sometimes find it takes a few minutes and a few re launches before we can see the free desk or that we can book another desk.

Overall it serves the critical need of booking desks in the hybrid office setup in a very intuitive and easy manner.

I also find the pick and drag function on the laptop very convenient.

I like the map functionality in general and the overview it gives with the colour indicators.
