Overall, it made booking rooms incredibly easy and you could schedule meetings in many ways, removing the element of scrambling for a room in the workplace.
Everything was connected, the room would be connected to Outlook appointments and everything worked together nicely. It was a simple program, but just incredible useful and highly efficient. Once set up, you could swipe your badge at a unit on the wall and book rooms in a walk-up style.
It would occasionally fail to communicate with something and I would receive emails stating that my booked room (which I was usually sitting in) is no longer available from me and is up for grabs for others to book, recommending that I use the walk-up feature when I did, which was odd.

I’ve used Condeco and another in-house software for desk booking and Condeco’s ease of use is why I recommended it.
Nothing so far. Nothing but good stuff within the first 6 months.

Floor plan view is decent and app has multiple functionalities
User interface is non-intuitive. It is tome consuming to book a desk.

Customer support is excellent, they will not make your hassle if you need support. And it is friendly use and easy to learn. And it is record/log attendances. And it features that is appreciated is the find the collegue and ease recovery of room scheduling.
I think I do not have dislike with this tools/system. It is just great to keep my organization productive.
