It doesn't have an option to generate multiple estimate tiers within the same estimate, sol the only way to do a "good, better, best" estimate strategy is to generate three separate estimates, which is time consuming.

The averages of the A/R Range is the average of the averages, which gives an inaccurate data points to go off of.

I would like to set things up for each team lead to be able to monitor and adjust all jobs within their team. But at this moment, I have to go in and manually give the team lead additional access to any leads their team members have.

I really like the new calendar version it helps our company stay organized and being able to see all three companies on the same calendar.

Sometimes the system is a little slow when it comes to adding things in payments or documents, it will not load and I have to exit out of the payment section and reopen it to add another payment.

There’s a learning curve in the beginning, but once the team gets comfortable with it, it becomes a solid system for managing day-to-day operations.

There is not much of an inside sales lead utilization like call results and call function that would bring you up to the next account to call for past clients.

We appreciate the flexibility of creating estimates to fit our specific needs but the cost is too high.

We collect most of our payments through Acculynx too which is super convenient for us and our clients.

Everything is an add-on, and you have to commit to the whole portion of that add-on in regard to price, even if using only bits and pieces of that. If that part were more customizable, it would dominate and, I feel, would generate more in the long run because it would maintain more affordability and build more long-term clients, but when you start to crest into the thousand-dollar range, the bang for your buck is lessened.

I would like it if when you’re working on a job and you’re toward the bottom of the page and you want to go to another job if you could just click on something at the top and you could search for the next job instead of having to scroll all the way to the top.

I think training when we first started using it helped our key employee, but we didn't really have a train the trainer experience to help our other emplyees

unable to create/update estimates on iPhone, not sure if i’m not just not seeing this feature or it’s not available?

The mobile app was also helpful for field updates without needing to go back and forth with the office team.

The amble cloud storage is great for photos and docs.

Another feature that I really like is the team comunication whithin. If you ever have any questions about any topics you can always go back and find the job notes in their file.
