Amazing customer support, reasonable pricing, and overall a well-built product that works!
I have been using ConGenius for over a year now as a General Contractor. This software has saved me so much time and money! I am able to win more jobs at higher prices because my bids look so clean, concise, and professional. My time to complete bids is typically under an hour and sometimes less than 15 minutes, saving me so much office time. Highly recommend it!
A little bit of a learning curve but that is going to be the case with any estimating software.

The tool itself is a great addition to our tech stack. The team behind the software is outstanding and available… a true asset to our company.
The estimating and presentation functions of Congenius are outstanding and efficient.
A better solution within the tool for Change Orders would be an incredible.

Excellent, been using it for a while. The platform just keeps getting better and better. They also listen to the overall needs of their users and work to implement them into a positive work flow.
Ease of use is #1. It’s also a very professional tool that will elevate any contractor’s presentation and efficiency.
Honestly, just waiting for them to expand the platform into project management and then we will be work at 100% capacity.

Overall, Congenius has been better than ever. It’s my favorite application to use and I would recommend it to anyone
Flexibility and adaptability. User-friendly great software for storage on documents and pictures. We are able to use it as a CRM as well to help store customer information
They are still working on development, but every time they publish updates, it seems to get better

First class! [sensitive content hidden] are open to feedback, care about their customers and are always looking to build a better product.
ConGenius best features are the ease of use. The onboarding process for many builder software products are a high ceiling to bring to operational use. Not ConGenius! In a matter of minutes you will be ready to build out your templates and send estimates.
I would like to see a features for Project management daily reports. Not complicated. Just simple records for PMs and or staff to records daily operations .
