Tried the service for 30 days and wasn't a fit. When I reached out to cancel, they said it's been 31 days since I signed up and I'm locked in for a year. When a SaaS service fights to extract payment from unhappy customers, you've gotta wonder about the viability of their product.

I also like collecting payments through the system and like how the customer is charged for service fees instead of me having to calculate it and add it on my end.

The problem here is that the videos showcase stuff you can't access (or the videos are outdated and need to be removed from their directory).
