Pro: excellent way to keep track of jobsite weather for reporting. Aids with accurate SWPPP reporting.
Pro: Flexibility with page or setion set up.
Pro: Navigation is easy.
Con: Photo section is a little slow to work with. (may be speed of our connection?)

Positive experience, learning to make better use of features still.

Very simple to use. I'm not général contractors so I don't need all the features but for what I use it for it Need a lot of work.First I can't scale any distance, drawing Annotations on this is not good at all ex: I put an arrow and it is so low resolution. 
This is supposed to be a good app for iPad Pro right. but it not supports split screen.
And drawing on it is not fluid with or without the Apple Pencil. 
I'm also using PlanGrid so it is very easy for me to compare the app. 

Very good for General Contractors 

We signed up with Procore late 2016 in order to simplify the management of a large school project we were about to undertake. Well since then we have added other projects into the system and learned quite a lot and found many useful functions of the Procore system. Our office starts uploads the job files and drawings, our site managers and supervisors and sees what's going on, work on the schedule, check and mark up drawings if needed including making RFI's on site and dealing with them then and there. Everyone involved within the project can see what's happening and be informed of the progress, issues can be raised and dealt with quickly and efficiently and we can also carry out site inspections and record meeting notes within procure. Our office managers can follow budget tracking for a particular project, check costs and any variations, look at what cost variations relate to and how they impact the overall job. It basically takes all the smaller tools and a variety of different methods and integrates them into one package that's easy for everyone to use. Even our clients have a simple way to see what's going on with the project and photos of the progress.

Always expanding the construction functionality. 

Pro: works like dropbox to send files.  Though Dropbox is free...

Cons: Meeting agendas take forever to set up...  I get thrown under the bus whenever Procore breaks down or procore server/e-mail server crashes.

Drawings disappeared from project page and then my boss yelled at me.

This is a awesome product!

Pro Core is a good Construction Management tool that my company has been using for a little over a year. There have been some kinks and bugs to work out but they take feedback and use it to improve the app.

I find it easier to navigate than other software  and I love hell under one pro Cora login I can see multiple jobs from different companies that I’m working on !

Pro: Large enough data base (....never ending)
         Plan review - its nice to have all the sheets organized by trades
         RFI Process is pretty good
         Sub contractor profiles are very detailed and that is helpful when sorting them
         Sub contractor rating
          Authorization controls of all users


Con: Lacks tools for estimating
          Software can get slow when in use
          Some of the processes are a bit cumbersome, clunky;
          I wish in the mark up drawing tab you can quantify as well, construction is all about            measure, size, volume - it drives the cost of construction
 
           

It is nice to have all necessary documentation in one place.

We've been using Procore about 4 months now. I've found it to be very intuitive and easy to use.  It has made it easy to switch over from our previous management tools and get buy in at all levels from project management to field to architect to client. I have been most impressed with the rollout team dedication, follow up, follow through and direction.  Also the customer support is unmatched. Pro core offers many options for support and most questions are answered through live chat or support documents. I highly recommend Procore for construction management software.

Really good project management program

I LOVE this software and would recommend it to anyone in the Construction Industry. Procore is standardizing the way the Construction Industry uses its technology through this software platform, while leaving the doors wide open for continued collaboration and customization with their app store based on each clients want and needs.

Very happy with the tool and will continue to use. I've used Procore, Bluebeam and other more expensive, extensive tools but this serves my needs really well.
