OOTI helps architects manage their projects with tools to calculate project fees, send client proposals and track project progress and budgeted hours. Using the progress data from projects, OOTI enables users to create accurate invoices quickly. Customizable templates help users create and send client proposals in a couple of minutes. Users can manage their entire project in OOTI as the platform integrates all management tools such as team, phase, deliverables, status, allocated budget and invoice management and monitoring. OOTI enables architects to manage their team using a team directory, plus team management and time tracking technology. Users can check the role, permission and status of a team member and track their activities, as well as timesheets for hours worked every week.

OOTI provides users with the tools to generate and send personalized invoices to clients with the logo, name and colors of their company. OOTI supports different invoice types (hours, line items, expense report invoicing, and more) and enables users to track payments, as well as set up internal invoicing between different departments. Automated reminders help users keep track of payment deadlines effectively. Dashboards and projections enable users to track their finances, including turnover, costs and profit, billing status, all from a single location. Pros
I like that OOTI is very user friendly. For the typical user, the display is easy to understand and I can change my operating language as well. I like the visualization and the blog, which helps me and my colleagues communicate on our project progress.

Cons
I don't like that I can't add new projects myself to my timesheet. It's not clear when I have submitted my timesheet or not, and I have trouble knowing whether my time has been validated. I wish I got a notification to alert me to this.

Il est encore un peu tôt pour avoir du recul sur l'usage d'OOTI, mais il a été très facile de l'intégrer dans une semaine de travail

Très bonne ergonomie Bien plus facile à utiliser que d'autres solutions que j'ai utilisé dans le passé Les utilisateurs ont une visibilité sur leur propre travail, ce n'est pas limité aux administrateurs

Cons
L'interface est un peu austère, mais ce n'est pas très important. Il fait beaucoup, on pourrait vouloir qu'il fasse encore plus et qu'il devienne un outil central, au point de faire de la gestion de projet, de partage et diffusion de l'information.
