I have been in the industry for some time, and for a zero-refund policy to be enforced on a product with virtually no demo is unheard of, especially when they can log on and see that I have received NOTHING of value from them.

Overlay two drawings is useless. When you do this it is not very readable. If you were able to incorporate layer control like in AutoCAD and the visual be better it would be great.

The BNI features that were included in the upgraded price do not reflect what was advertised by the sales staff when purchasing the software.  

Every member of our estimating team loves this program, even the members who are old school and used to only using printed blueprints.

I would like to do a takeoff and then be able to copy and paste the list to an email so I can send it out for quotes.

Having a takeoff software with a well-integrated "spread sheet" has drastically reduced the time needed for bidding.

The ability to create assemblies is great but the functionality of the creating is a little confusing when working on it the first time.

Legend and colour coding, ability to hide takeoffs, and the undo feature!

Very similar to AutoCAD with layers and calculating areas, volumes, lengths, etc.

I use stack in for my work and I found it easily and very flexible and schedule project is the one of many important things

I would like to see more user options for someone who can just view items like if they can be able to at least download plans.

What I don't like is that they don't offer a list of all the shortcut keys they offer I have had to figure then out on my own.

DO your homework and don't make the same mistake I did!!!!

It only happens with the largest plans I deal with, when there are dozens of takeoffs being measured.

Cuts down the take off/estimation time and allows us to be mcu more productive.

overlaying a revised plan over one that already has a takeoff never quite matches up and seeing differences is difficult

This gives people faith that they are working with honest contractors that will not change order them by bidding low just to secure the work.

Takeoffs that took me multiple days to finish by hand are now able to be completed in a couple hours.
