It speeds up the entire billing process by ensuring that all of the documents we need are submitted and filled out appropriately. The ease of use makes it accessible for all of our subcontractors.
Some of the colors are confusing. What the red and green colors mean can be misleading.
We have had nothing but great feedback from our subcontractors with their experience as well. We are excited and very happy to be a part of of this journey.
The only negative is Flashtract is not integrated with SAGE 100, which our company uses.
They have been very supportive during and after purchase. They truely want you to get maximum benefit from this product and they really listen to your needs.
We currently have to do controlled and uncontrolled manually.

Synergy is very user friendly, the ease of the financial management of projects is a very positive feature.
At times it can very frustrating to use, if for example the functionality or customization is lacking. That said synergy has changed and developed with our business over that time.
We can constantly improve and deepen our use of the system AND are supported to do so by our customer support team.
Some features are missing, but thats understandable as its fairly new still.
I appreciate the strong customer support and project management layout.
I am finding reporting on Synergy quite difficult, though I am being helped by your online customer service.
Various tools and dashboard make it easy to get a snapshot of the whole business or your own projects, which is very useful. Timesheets management is much easier than some other products as well.
This remains a pain point for us. Bills have to be entered twice, and that's time we can't use for something better.
We love that TS Synchs with our Financial System, this saves the business countless hours in double handling, so much more efficient and accurate.

What are the best aspects of CrewTracks. Ease of use and the ability to customize the reports to the individual company is the best part of Crewtracks.
We had one request, which was a clock-out confirmation warning, and the team at CrewTracks got it done; We now have that feature.
The Customization and the employee tracking are the best I've come across. The time savings we have encountered has been wonderful.
One issue I've had is an error message that pops up stating it couldn't connect to server. I simply click close and it still works.
Customer service for me has been outstanding. The guys are always helpful, always return calls and if they don't know they will figure it out.
Of course it's only as good as the quality we receive in the office. We can export a ton of reports that has helped with a lot of items.
Crewtracks allows us to monitor employee hours and performance from afar. We love the ease of use and "simplicity" of the app/desktop versions.
The appearance and color scheme is appealing. There are a lot of features and you are given the option of selecting which features you would like to use just by a quick click.
The ability to customize some spreadsheets and areas within the software to work for our company. Employee tracking has greatly improved.
The ability to custom add in items is great as well.
I have worked with nicest people. Many of them are now good friends.
It used to take several days, now it only takes one day. Above that, the customer service is outstanding.

For someone who is not an accountant this software is super user friendly and they are always making updates to improve and grow the services offered.
Missing features are under development, so what it's missing now for us (integration with quickbooks) will be available soon.

MazumaGo has been an easy transition and once you use it a few times it is quiet user friendly. The constant updates and improvements have been great too.
Unfortunately I have had very few customers pay using MazumaGo. They are still either mailing a cheque or requesting cc payment.
It saves time for us and I love not having to collect financial details from customers, and they love it too.
I have had some clients skeptical of using it because they aren't sure if they are protected.
We are very pleased with the application / service being offered, definitely worth the time to check it out.
Support has been very helpful in the past, which is real nice.
Overall very happy to have this as a payment option when we need it.
It is so easy to use, great support and gives our customers the option to decide how they want to pay.

Start out using FieldLens for Daily Reports. We tried implementing every feature at once and that is always a mistake with any app when trying to train new users.
They will make sure at all cost that you are successful in using their product no matter what. Great team over at FieldLens for sure.
Haven't ran into many problems with Fieldlens in our application. The only issue I have experienced is an issue saving when cell service was spotty.
With proper attention and imagination invested during set-up the application will do some pretty amazing things.
We couldn't seem to easily navigate the dashboard.
New insights are constantly being revealed while learning from the captured information in FieldLens. I would have to say that my most liked quality of FieldLens is their customer support.
That it takes up a lot of memory on my phone. This may be a technical glitch on my end but am not sure.
Great app to use for punch list items, it can be updated in real time and interface if easy enough that anyone on the team can use it, features include adding pictures and descriptions to drawings.
This intelligence gives us better visibility and metrics to manage our complex organization - insights we were not able to achieve with any other solution.
I like that once a post is created, anybody with permissions can add pictures/text/etc in real time.

One of the best IDE used across various Software Engineer and I am used to it as it has various good features. The User interface is good enough to code in a style.
Its disgusting how poorly the place is run. They break something and then they expect you, the customer, to fix it in your "spare time.
It’s fast, the pop up boxes help you code faster, the pointers on debugging are great, and it has many uses, but most importantly it fits my need of creating and testing java files perfectly.
In my 20 years of being in IT, Explorer is by far the very worst vendor i have ever had to deal with. The worst support team ever.
Excellent software with all the functions we need in our business. Customer service from Explorer has been fantastic when required.
Support is almost non-existent. They are so dirt poor they cant staff their company properly so there is never anyone available.
I find Eclipse very easy to use and like all the functionality it has. I recently updated to Eclipse Oxygen, and have had the same positive experience.
I dislike that the software does not seem to be very intuitive.
Eclipse has a pretty solid web based platform that allows for significant user oriented customization. Their business analytics/custom inquiries are top notch.
There are times when Eclipse is not able to correctly describe errors to different from other IDEs.
The company is a great company and they truly want to do better.
Then when it was updated, that problem would be fixed, but something else major would break.
I feel that the Explorer is progressive and is a strong company in the construction software industry. All-in-all I think Explorer Eclipse would make a great addition to any company.

It has great job costing and accounting capabilities.
Warnings and errors populated are very helpful while debugging the code. Has support to integrate using different plugin.

It has great job costing and accounting capabilities.
Warnings and errors populated are very helpful while debugging the code. Has support to integrate using different plugin.
I love the accounting feature along with contracting dashboard, analytics.
I mostly use it for JAVA and integration of project to Git is very easy using Eclipse. Also, version control and CI and CD are very easy to do using Eclipse.

The software is very easy to use and the information is great and the fact that it can be customized is awesome.
The people running this company are lazy and unprofessional. Not only do they have inferior communication skills, but they also are entirely unreliable.
The support I receive from my contact is outstanding, I have a dedicated contact and that is fantastic. I can get a hold of the team without any issues and addressing any questions I have.
For the first months there were a couple of pesky UX issues, like forms that would loose all of the details you would populate if you accidentally clicked outside the form or had to leave the site.
The great thing about this software is the ease of use. It provides my teams with much more clarity around the "why" of a notice and allows us the flexibility to decide if we should move forward.
Interface is a little unclear, even the refresh.
The team was helpful and professional through design and implementation as well as post implementation. A quality group we are proud to say we do business with.
