Pros

What I like most about the software is the ability to add your appointments quickly to your google calendar. Its been very helpful with managing which appointments I have up for the week.
What I like most about the software is the ease of use and simplicity. It works extremely well to schedule clients and then takes some automation out of the followup process which is helpful.
This is a super powerful platform to get up and running with and there are lots of awesome tutorials on YouTube for nearly any configuration you can imagine.

Pros

I like the ease of use, the reminders are great and the system of communications is very good too. My clients are well informed about their appointments and invoices.
I love everything about this software. I am not the greatest when it comes to computers and Clinic sense was super easy and user friendly.
I was particularly impressed with how quickly and seamlessly the team made important updates to help us integrate new Covid-19 protocols and procedures.

Cons

I am fuming when I block off appointments. People can still book in may have to book appointments in to stop this.
Some of the functions are hidden in weird spots - it may make more sense for larger orgs but for small and single traders, managing preferences out of the 'calendar' section is a bit weird.
At this point in my usage, I am unable to make negative comments.

Cons

Some clients are missing the text reminders I pay for and therefore miss visits which is costly. The operators of the system do try to fix glitches expediently.
The mobile app is not the easiest to use and I’ve had a few issues with clients emails not working.
This may sound petty, but the invoices you get out of the system look like they were designed by a frustrated teenager. They don't look professional at all, which is a shame.

Scheduling and SOAP notes

Pros

I love the ease of accessing, understanding, and using the calendar and SOAP notes. The ability to sync your clinic sense calendar with your preferred calendar is an excellent feature. The SOAP notes are simple and allow you to be as specific or descriptive as you like with your client notes. I personally like the option with the anatomical figure.

Cons

After using the software for two years, the opportunity for improvement lies in the gift certificate, email, and promotion features of this software. It should have more versatility and customization options in the gift certificate & promos that way you can sell other items along with other items pertaining to your clinical business besides note-taking & scheduling. As far as promotions it should include an option for promoting on social media vs email only.

Hi Marnie, thanks for the feedback. Sometimes mobile carriers choose to block SMS messages from applications. Though this is rare, if it does happen we receive that feedback and send an email reminder as a backup. Over the past year our deliverability rate is over 96%. Unfortunately, what's more common is clients saying they didn't get a reminder to avoid paying a no-show fee (but we have delivery logs so we can always check for you)!

Great software

Overall I'm happy with it, it takes care of all of my business needs.

Pros

Ease of scheduling, soap notes, gift certificate tracking, payment processing

Cons

I wish the app would send me a notifications when someone schedules an appointment. I have to check my email often for same day appointments. Since I have multiple gmail accounts I only get email notifications from one of them. Also when the app loads it brings me to months past I have to hit today several times before it brings me to the current day.

Amazing Services

I love them. I recommend them to anyone looking for a scheduling system

Pros

There is too many to list about how much I love them! It is user friendly I am able to have multiple therapist on the schedule. I can sell gift certificates, send campaign emails and run all the reports I need on the same software. I even have my website through them.

Cons

Stripe I do not like using them. They started declining my clients cards because they deemed them to high risk. So my clients had to go to the ATM and use the same card they tried to pay with to get cash. I wish you would partner with square they have a better platform.

Online appointment scheduling is the main asset to the business and the reports - appointments, revenue etc.

Pros

Ease of use, can log in anywhere and access notes. Appointment schedule and reminders. Notification when appt is scheduled. Great value.

Cons

That you can’t transfer between different templates for note taking without loosing what you’ve written

Clinicsense: helped me grow my business and keep me organized.

I really like that it automatically sends out birthday promotions - has given me peace of mind for my clients! I also like that it sells gift certificates and keeps a track of them. Overall it's been a great experience that has left me with more time for my clients and business and less time managing papers!

Pros

My favourite part of Clinicsense is that it has SOAP notes and client files alongside being a scheduling system. When I was looking for a scheduling system, I wanted one that would keep everything all in one place - Clinicsense does that for me.

Cons

I don't like that it currently doesn't integrate with my payment system on Square. I also don't like that I can't access my client files or SOAP notes from the mobile app.

Overall, my favorite software for its ease of use, it’s all-in-one technology, scheduling, soap, payments. I use it daily in my practice.

Pros

I love how the soap notes write out a beautiful report for the insurance companies. The client fills out the forms online and it turns it into a report. Everything is so easy with this software! Highly recommend!

Cons

I don’t like that you can’t block clients that you no longer wish to have contact with. As a massage therapist, some people are a risk to my personal safety and having a blocking feature would make it ideal. Also, it does not allow custom tipping when using the Square terminal. No tipping option when purchasing gift cards or packages. This means I always have to have an awkward conversation with the client who insists on tipping.

It has been a great experience so far and I use this site every single day. For managing client information, payment, business revenue and scheduling!

Pros

I like that ClinicSense has everything at my fingertips. I love that I am able to see what my income for the month is! It was easy to learn and clients find it very user friendly for filling out intake forms

Cons

The app is not fully integrated. It has had recent improvements but it is not there yet! It also takes a really long time to load.

Keeps My Scheduling Easy

This software has filled my Scheduling needs for the most part. They are very quick to improve and always available. Looking forward to more customizable features.

Pros

Reliable Calendar Scheduling!! One less thing I have to think about. Sends out several reminders to clients. Can use on my laptop AND my iPhone. The customer service is incredible. Anytime I’ve had a question or problem they answer right away. I’ve even suggested changes and improvements through email and things have improved.

Cons

Sometimes not as user friendly as I need. I’ve had to email several times to ask how to do something. My SOAP notes and other forms are very specialized so I can’t use their forms - but I understand that is going to change in the future.

Clinic Sense has always been very responsive with our questions and requests for features. They are attentive and listen to their customers. We are extremely happy with the company and software. I am now using it for 2 different companies.

Pros

Cons

A few minor features are still missing like refined search filters. However, all other aspects aided in our business running more efficiently.

Excellent. They are quick to respond to questions, extremely helpful. I like how easy ClinicSense it to use. I like how the ease of seeing reports. It's a great program. I am very satisfied with this software.

Pros

I like that it makes scheduling, files, billing and covid prescreening easy to use. It's easy to print off forms and invoices as well as email.

Cons

That we can't see all of our therapists schedules at once except for on the day. I wish there was a feature that showed the next available booking for each therapist instead of looking for it. I would like to be able to view all therapists schedules for a minimum of a week at a time for ease of booking.
