Scheduling and SOAP notes
I love the ease of accessing, understanding, and using the calendar and SOAP notes. The ability to sync your clinic sense calendar with your preferred calendar is an excellent feature. The SOAP notes are simple and allow you to be as specific or descriptive as you like with your client notes. I personally like the option with the anatomical figure.
After using the software for two years, the opportunity for improvement lies in the gift certificate, email, and promotion features of this software. It should have more versatility and customization options in the gift certificate & promos that way you can sell other items along with other items pertaining to your clinical business besides note-taking & scheduling. As far as promotions it should include an option for promoting on social media vs email only.

Reminders are great when they work. Notes and intake are good.
Makes clinic notes and scheduling simple.
Unreliable. Some clients are missing the text reminders I pay for and therefore miss visits which is costly. The operators of the system do try to fix glitches expediently.
Hi Marnie, thanks for the feedback. Sometimes mobile carriers choose to block SMS messages from applications. Though this is rare, if it does happen we receive that feedback and send an email reminder as a backup. Over the past year our deliverability rate is over 96%. Unfortunately, what's more common is clients saying they didn't get a reminder to avoid paying a no-show fee (but we have delivery logs so we can always check for you)!

Customer service is phenomenal, the IT group is always on point when have a question!
The ease of use for my self and my clients really takes the stress out of running my business.
The only thing I would like to see is an option to block some clients from scheduling

What I like most is the level of customer support. I've never experienced such high quality customer support in any business I've dealt with that comes close to ClinicSense's support. Every time I contact them for help the response is fast and courteous via an easy to follow short personal how-to video. When I had an extra question about their response [sensitive content hidden] asked to call and discuss it with me. One fast call and my problem was completely solved. [sensitive content hidden] is the god of customer support!
There's really nothing I like least. Pen and paper scheduling doesn't provide what I need. ClinicSense does.

I love the automated paperwork and appt reminders. I wish there was more options with reports, such as to assist with quarterly and yearly taxes. I would also like square to update automatically without the square terminal (ie with other square hardware, or just the software should connect to verify that a transaction occurred).
I like the online scheduling and google review booster

Customer service has been fantastic. They are knowledgeable, personal, and quick in their response.
I love the ease of scheduling for my clients.
I don't like that I have to login every single time I open the app. It should keep a single user logged in for an extended period of time.I also don't like that there isn't a waitlist feature.Also don't like that I can't set scheduling limits, i.e. how many hours can be booked in a day. If I'm not paying attention, my schedule gets overbooked...

I love them. I recommend them to anyone looking for a scheduling system
There is too many to list about how much I love them! It is user friendly I am able to have multiple therapist on the schedule. I can sell gift certificates, send campaign emails and run all the reports I need on the same software. I even have my website through them.
Stripe I do not like using them. They started declining my clients cards because they deemed them to high risk. So my clients had to go to the ATM and use the same card they tried to pay with to get cash. I wish you would partner with square they have a better platform.

I have been using ClinicSense for many years and they have yet to disappoint.
ClinicSense offered the ability to have everything in one. Scheduling, emails, soap notes.
I would like some of the features to be more customizable.

Online appointment scheduling is the main asset to the business and the reports - appointments, revenue etc.
Ease of use, can log in anywhere and access notes. Appointment schedule and reminders. Notification when appt is scheduled. Great value.
That you can’t transfer between different templates for note taking without loosing what you’ve written

It's very user friendly. Easy set up. Easy to follow SOAP notes, scheduling, etc.
Email campaign. Not very many options. Very bland. The bottom half of my email didn't send.

So far I’ve had a wonderful experience and have recommended it numerous times.
My favourite thing about clinicsense is the customer service. When ever I need any help, they are there!
I would really like to be able to have the same features on the mobile app (ie: scheduling days off rather then personal time)

We are happy with the software and plan to continue using it.
Ease of patient scheduling. Support team is superb and highly responsive to questions and issues.
Some of the navigation is awkward and less intuitive than typical software. Some reporting features are lacking but they are continually upgrading and improving.

It serves the massage industry very well. I love all the integrated email options as it helps to keep my schedule full.
This software needs a class or event scheduling option for multiple clients to sign up at the same time for the same class or event.

They only recently added an app for scheduling via phone. I used the software for 2 years without the app and it was very cumbersome.

I really love it and my clients have repeatedly commented on how easy it was for them as well as how nice the reminders and messages appear on their end.
Pros:Ease in scheduling both on my end and online scheduling for my clientsCustomization of appointment confirmations, reminders, SOAP notes, client forms, etc as well as their professional appearanceAbility for clients to cancel/reschedule on their own using provided link Birthday & Marketing campaignsAffordability
Cons:Limitations if using the Square Terminal (that works directly with the ClinicSense site): no custom tip option for clients; if using a client’s card on file, it does not send to the terminal for them to add a tip (not sure if these are a ClinicSense or Square issue)Inability to merge client appointments under one invoice (if one person is paying for both themselves and another person at the same time) or add gift certificate purchases to one client invoice*I get around these by charging people out directly with the Square app so i can combine charges as well as have clients with cards of file select the tip themselves (rather than awkardly ask them) and going back in to ClinicSense to record the payments but would love to have this more streamlined if possible
