There’s no way my clients are actually playing repeatedly for a subscription they already have and acuitys customer service is slow, unhelpful, and entirely lacking in accountability for what’s about to be a multi-thousand dollar refund I’m not happy to be dealing with. If you’re comparing them to another option go with the other.
