I was looking for a scheduling software that could block off automatically in one calendar when an appointment in another calendar was made and this is the only one i found. Also, the add-ons and the gift-certificates and coupons area are unique compared to others, one can manage everything online with no need to intervene.
Everything, from customization appointments, schedules, the resource, it just works overall.
It could have the possibility of showing to customer a bit like a webpage, like Setmore has.

It's fantastic! I've got everything in one place, appointments, payments, client info, extremely pleased!!!
Im fairly new to Acuity but so far it's been so easy to set up and customer service are so helpful!
I think the app could be a bit more visually pleasing (prefer the Setmore interface more) but other than that, it's great!!!

I have used Booksy, Setmore, Bookedya, Squire and none of these are remotely as good as Acuity! Will be sure to let everyone know of the benefits, features and ease of Acuity.
The amount of features is far above the rest. Super easy and efficient. Very customizable. Love it.
Only thing I can say right now that I dislike but isn't a huge deal is the fact that in the calendar you cannot manually adjust appointment times. I.E. If all your appointments are set for 45 minutes and you know one of your clients is only going to take you 30 minutes, you cannot manually change it to allow for more time for other clients to book.

My overall experience has been great so far. No major complaints.
I love the features it offers. I love the fact that I'm given a page where I'm able to customize and add important information for my clients to see before booking. I love that it allows me to add coupon codes for my clients to use and let's me have different deposit types for different services. I also love that it has intake forms and offers Instagram and MailChimp integration, and allows me to customize the automatic e-mail confirmation. Its easy to use and makes things run much smoother for myself and clients. I was a die-hard Setmore user, but with all the features I needed and wasn't getting from them, Acuity had them all + more. I'm glad I switched.
The ONLY 2 issues I have so far is the fact that my clients can't book multiple services at once, I'd need to create add-ons, which makes things a bit harder for me, and the lack of customer support over the phone or live chat.

This was my first time using a scheduling app for booking appointments. I had originally debated on just using a free app such as Setmore or Facebooks integrated one. But I wanted something much more professional. Acuity fulfilled most, if not all of my current needs. It was easy to use, had a downloadable app, and allowed me to customize every single detail right down to limiting bookings per week....
It took a little bit of time to adjust to knowing how to use it. Sometimes, I wasn’t sure where certain features were and had to Google to find out.

I tried this software for my calendar and scheduling needs and it worked great! It has all kinds of ways to customize the experience for your clients as well as being a great looking interface.
I only switched because Acuity works seamlessly with my website.

I used Setmore for a while but found that I needed to directly integrate to make things easier.
This is a very simply laid out program and very easy to navigate. Especially for your clients. They can see what is available when scheduling appointments with you easily. Additionally, you can set it up so that they have to answers questions when scheduling to better serve them during their appointment. You can also set up different types of appointments and send separate links to clients for setting up those appointments.
This does not automatically integrate with all website providers. I use Squarespace and I cannot directly integrate this software like I can with Acuity.

Online scheduling
Very easy to copy and paste everything from your menu, set times, great suggestions as you build your online scheduler. Fast, thoughtful, thorough, tech support. Never talks down to you when you are asking something that may have been obvious.
I would like an auto suggest, type of service and time, for frequent customers that get the same service. It makes booking a little faster and easier.

Accessible customer support Value for money Decent functionality and continuous improvements in the pipeline Customers can use it with ease
Takes some time to understand how certain things link to other things in the program i.e. Services, Appointments, Classes, Categories. Once you have a play around it makes sense (and might need some creativity in getting it to bend to your needs).

It is great for scheduling.
Very easy to use and lots of options to create workshops as well as appointments.
The email sent to the customer can only be customised for ALL emails. So whether or not they sign up for a workshop or an individual session, they receive the same instructions, which makes this hard. Also if you want to recieve payments, you have to subscribe and that is super expensive, and also if you're an Indian, receiving payments from Indians is not an option unless they use credit cards only (since you can use stripe).

I think your tech support has been very good,
Can schedule massage and fitness classes on it. I will be adding workshops. I will have to see how easy this is to do and how effective it is as scheduling.
Scheduling and canceling appointments has been a little difficult for customers.

This software is intuitive and easy to use for staff having different levels of experience using computer programs.
There have been glitches that have been resolved. This software has been very cost effective for us.

A timely and efficient scheduling system
I love the online scheduling link that is easy to integrate on my website. The system is set up clean and concise.
I wish that there was an appointment confirmation feature. I am a massage therapist and it really helps to automatically confirm appointments so I dont have to call every time.

Couldn't be more thankful for the stellar service that I've received. Setmore and Live Booking brings a great value to my company and our core values.
I needed records for an ex-employee and I was in a time crunch with the Labor Department. CSR quickly had those records for me right as I was entering my meeting! His prompt response saved me $1000s in fines! Thank you so much for always being there CSR!

give my clients the opportunity for online scheduling
For me quite easy to use, and is free. My business is at its beginning and I couldn't afford to pay for now. Very satisfied about client service. They were very nice and ready to help me with some technical issues on the way.
Would be nice if the confirmed revenue is calculated taking into consideration the discounts; for now it shows me only full prices /client.

Very good app, useful.
Indispensable app for scheduling appointments.
But it is difficult to apply it to 2 people using alternatively the same 1 room for their services (not to have overlapping appointments). To some extent it is possible, I know, but it is inconvenient.

Very good, I very much like this scheduling software.
This software is super simple and easy to use. It provides all the basic features necessary for booking appointments, taking payments and sending out reminders etc. I’m extremely pleased with it. Customer service is a breeze too. Plus the ease of integration with other apps is amazing.
I had no issues with this software for what I’m using it for. It meets my expectations.

Ease of appointment scheduling with 2 - way calendar sync. :)
Easy to implement - 2 way calendar sync - customizable and easy to use customer interface. OUTSTANDING VALUE for the money!
Limited to no reporting features. You have to have the same availability for all appointment types. Customers can't select the type of service within a general appointment type so if you have multiple services, they have to create multiple appointment options which can sometimes be confusing to the end user.
