Overall, my experience has been great. It’s user friendly, HIPPA compliance is of importance, quick communication is a plus.
It allows us to be super efficient, professional and timely. I recommend this service .
The free trial should be longer. With a longer period we’d be able to thoroughly navigate through all it’s features.

I found that Acuity was a simple, easy-to-use solution for scheduling appointments!
Easy to schedule appointments with timely reminder emails that included direct links to Zoom meetings.
It looks a bit dated from a design perspective.

I run a service-based side business and had tested out four different scheduling software before I came across Acuity. The other ones were difficult to setup and felt very dated. Acuity looks good, has all the features I need and took me less than five minutes to have it up and going with their easy instructions. When I did have a question, their support team got back to me that same day. Highly recommended.
Clean and modern user interface, easy to use and setup, great pricing, support was helpful and timely, customization abilities.
None (seriously!). This scheduler does everything I need it to do.

I shortlisted this one and timely and found this one to be a better price. I am regretting having recommended this one to my client.
Migration is terrible. We were on another system and we are loosing customer data because the customer profile in Acuity does not offer enough field. I am also dissapointed that imported appointments can not be synched with Xero. We have over 500 appointments that would need to be manually created in Xero. This is really bad.

I researched a lot of schedulers before picking Acuity. I appreciate their customizability. CC capture or pre-payment, or none- all can be chosen per-booking, for unique settings. Client login is optional, not required. I was amazed how easy the setup was. Having tried a few other services, and never having made it as far.. this was a nice thing! The calendar is implemented right on my website....
-Two-way Google Calendar sync with multiple calendars -Fully customizable, full options for reservations/pre-payment -Easy to set up -Clients have option to register or not -Timely tech support
-Can't click-drag to edit time duration -Editing time recurring blocks is problematic -All availabilities show unless time-blocked (no dynamic/"smart" scheduling to encourage back-to-back appointments).

I have been able to keep to my schedules and i get timely remainder that enables me to meet deadlines. All thanks to Acuity scheduling.
With acuity i am able to schedule and prepare for appointments with clients. Also synchronize my calendar with acuity scheduling application.
So far, i do not have any difficulty using Acuity scheduling.

Overall my experience with Acuity Scheduling has been great - it's allowed me to streamline my workflows while still being able to offer an excellent customer service.
It has simplified my life! With its automated reminders and easy integration to calendars, I can manage multiple events with ease and on a timely manner. The design is very user friendly, making the whole experience extremely pleasant.
Although Acuity Scheduling is great for simple appointments, it's not ideal for complex cases that involve lots of customization or special requests. It's also a bit limited when it comes to advanced analytics and reporting tools.

Clients have access to this app 24/7 at they’re own convenience. The app is very well designed, and easy to use. Also it is less expensive than other competitors that I have tried. Customer service is amazing and always responds back in a timely manner.

My scheduling has been taken out of my hands by Acuity which is one less thing to worry about. The rules you create ensure you only have times booked in that work for you. The online forms are fantastic for me - they look a lot better than the document I created and they ensure I get all the information filled in
Syncing with my personal calendar to avoid clashes Managing my time slots during the day so my online bookings are organised and timely Creating the online forms and controlling required fields to be filled in. Managing meeting times after receiving information via online forms - important not to have a meeting booked in straight after receiving information!
I haven't been using the program for very long so I haven't been able to find any faults with it as of yet!

Horrible
It provided a selection over Sign up genius which was confusing to start.
There was no timely support. They said we work remotely so we can't call. It is too confusing and we needed to launch a calendar. I spent hours in frustration. I even looked into the "experts" but it was around July 4th weekend and nobody was available. As long as I'm in business, you will never be promoted by me.

Since it's something that will get daily use its totally worth investing the time to get to know. I love all the features it has. Now I can connect directly with Zoom, JoinMe or others for video conferencing. So timely when everyone now has to be online. Feeling really good about this software. Really reasonably priced for all the great features too.
Ease of use for the client and reliability. Acuity scheduling was recommended by another coach. Lots of good functionality. Long history and good reputation
Although it is easy for the client to use. Not quite as drop dead simple for me to catch onto. I needed to call for help but once it's set up I have ease in knowing it will work.

My experience with Acuity Scheduling has allowed me to be more productive and timely when it comes to my business. I no longer have to "get back" to clients to schedule consultations. I can send them the link and they schedule on the spot. I can't imagine doing it any other way. Having Acuity Scheduling has definitely reduced my stress load of making sure I am giving all clients an opportunity to connect with me.
Acuity Scheduling is very convenient! It has allowed me to the opportunity to give my clients the ability to schedule with my company with out me having to do it for them. When a client does schedule with them it notifies me immediately not only through the app but with email as well so I don't miss any appointments. Acuity Scheduling has a great feature of being able to block schedule times weekly or customized which takes the stress off of me when it comes to making sure I haven't overlapped business and personal life. Moving forward this will be the only scheduling app I use.
The only con I have is that I wish it could be interfaced with my calendar on my phone/computer so all entities of my life could be captured at once.

Out of the seven appointment scheduling websites that I've tried over the past 3 months, Acuity by far is the best. It's affordable, especially for new business owners with very little clientele. It's easy to use for people with any level of technical ability and the folks running the website actually respond to you in a timely manner. I'm impressed that I have access to an abundance of features that I really need that are either free or cost very little compared to other popular online appointment scheduling sites.

Easy and well organised, I like the we have the app and web interface as well. Makes my everyday life easier
There are a couple of things what I would like to customise more, like follow up messages being sent on a previously set date (2 weeks after the appointment, etc.)

Timely saves a lot of hours of back and forth scheduling.
Timely is really easy to use for both our company and the client who would be scheduling. We work remotely so scheduling can be tricky.
I don't really have anything negative to say. Sometimes it freezes up when I am going in to edit events but it's not a huge issue.

A nearly flawless scheduling solution at an unbeatable price. Great value.
Timely is an amazing scheduling solution for a broad range of customer needs. An attractive interface and easy-to-navigate platform provide users a seamless experience. Capable reporting features are included, direct online scheduling can be embedded on a personal/business website, and integration with payment processors e.g. Stripe etc. is quite simple.
The platform has been slow once or twice, but nothing completely out of the norm.

Timely offers all the functionality and quality of other scheduling software programs for half the price. Timely is simple, easy to use and beautifully designed. Timely is easy to navigate even for folks like me with very little scheduling software experience. I would suggest Timely to anyone looking for a simple, easy to use, fully functional and affordable way to organize and streamline their scheduling process.
It is simple, beautifully designed, easy to use and has all the features of more expensive software programs. The phone app is also very easy to use and navigate. I use it almost daily to check my appointments and make changes to my schedule. I am so happy I found Timely!
I would like to be able to offer certain services on certain days only through the online scheduler integrated into my website.

Clients help themselves to appointment times so I spend no time sending messages back and forth trying to sort out scheduling.
Ease of set up and customer support. My clients can book themselves easily at a time that suits them.
That I don't have enough time to learn about all of the new features!! There's really nothing else to say!!

I like how easy it is to navigate and the reminder text option has been really helpful in preventing no show.
There is still room for improving for the layout design. You can make it more interesting and less boring looking. Right now it just look like any other appointment scheduling software.

The ease of use. Training on the system is a breeze. Clients also speak highly of the online scheduling calendar, saying it's easy to use
I wish there was a time clock feature for employees. Right now, if hours are shorter or longer than the roster, I have to go in and manually change it.

Get Timely has changed our business scheduling into an easy, efficient and organized process. The Get Timely staff is professional, courteous and prompt and they answer all of our questions in a timely manner. The Get Timely interface is pleasing to the eye, very organized and has color coding options that make scheduling and booking easy. They are constantly updating Get Timely to make it better. I highly recommend Get Timely and the Get Timely crew.

I have my own private practice as a psychologist. Having timely frees up time otherwise spent sending reminders etc when scheduling appointments. As someone not exactly born organised, I find it a real help.
Automated reminders, easy to use.
As a one-person outfit who works across multiple locations, I find it annoying not to see all my appointments for the week on one screen. I don't want to go by location.
