Being able to integrate payments as well as link it so seamlessly to my website has been wonderful

I have used several scheduling sites and this one is the simplest and most user friendly to use.

I use vagaro every day and never stop learning about new features and reports that I can run. We are able to check customers out through the application, review client history, product purchases, input formulas, send appointment reminders.

I am a single provider in my in-home salon and spa but I have a thriving, busy and diverse  clientele and needed a reliable booking system. After trying several free services and even some other pay services, I decided that Vagaro was the best software for my business. I think one of my favorite features was that the Service Menu was already there and I just had to do some edits rather than entering all of my services line by line. From booking clients to reporting sales and even future sales, this software is the perfect one for me!

Great online scheduling tool! 

Best online booking service I've used for my business. I've tried several other programs and Vagaro is by far the best. Easy to navigate, clients LOVE the online booking and it makes my life so much easier!

What I like most about the software is the ability to add your appointments quickly to your google calendar. Its been very helpful with managing which appointments I have up for the week.

What I like most about the software is the ease of use and simplicity. It works extremely well to schedule clients and then takes some automation out of the followup process which is helpful.

This is a super powerful platform to get up and running with and there are lots of awesome tutorials on YouTube for nearly any configuration you can imagine.

Some of the functions are hidden in weird spots - it may make more sense for larger orgs but for small and single traders, managing preferences out of the 'calendar' section is a bit weird.

At this point in my usage, I am unable to make negative comments.

I don’t like that it is difficult to use with two different websites. I basically have to pay for two subscriptions because it can be difficult to plug in if it has to be used this way.
