Acuity Scheduling vs Vagaro Comparison

It was so easy to set up, I had my menu up and running in less than 30 minutes. If anyone has ever created a blog, or basic web platform they will catch onto this very easily. Super simplistic while still allowing the individual to tweak and modify certain parts to their liking. I was looking at Vagaro but went with Acuity instead because it had slightly cheaper priced options with pretty much all the same options as Vagaro. I had no issues with clients being able to access, book, and confirm appointments. I LOVE the option to charge deposits as it GREATLY reduces wasted time. I look forward to my business and client list to grow using Acuity Scheduling

A little more esthetic customization would be nice. Being able to add more individual styling (beyond a personal logo) would be nice, but is not needed for efficiency of booking and charging clients. I also do not know if this is a option available for the higher tiered options.

Acuity is easy to use and most questions I have had have been answered easily. I like the option to set up recurring payments as well as the ability to "hide" certain things, but link them to my website, such as workshops or private sessions. This has been the easiest scheduling software I have used to date. I have worked with Mind Body and Vagaro as well as Schedulicity. I love the fact that it is easy to use and has everything I need in one place. It's amazing!

I wish this software came with the option of an app for customers on Android or Apple I feel like it would be nice for clients to set up appointments through the use of their own app if they felt like they wanted to do that.

Although its probably pointless, I prefer simpler softwares like Square and Acuity, BUUUT You don't get as much or even support. I'm not turning back, however.

I like that you website and back office are connected with one service provider, and that this system is cloud based, making accessibility from anywhere easy!

The scheduling and billing features are great especially the scheduling.

Invoicing took some work but I got it. I still need to study all of this more

I like that I can have all my scheduling info in one place. Recently added forms and am still getting familiar with the details.

I would like to be able to add client notes to the forms that they have already filled out.

great system! REALLY

the community share feature is trouble some at times. No customization allow on dropdown for reports.

simple. most software of this type over complicates the simple things but this is perfect. the price is also really good compared with mind body which costs a fortune.

I'm not sure still how to work this app. It's kind of confusing

Almost everything. This app wasn't simple like the other scheduling apps.

Easy online scheduling

Nothing so far

I like how it notifies your clients in advance through text! This works for many clients. I also like how you can put alternative names to your own services.

When I first started using it...I was not aware that they could book online, I figured that would be an option for you. A first time client ended up booking herself an appointment out of the blue one day and it was a good thing that I was actually available and able to get to my work place on time to set up for her. But it took me off guard. Other than that this is a great app!

Vagaro is the ultimate tool for online scheduling. With busy day to day activities consuming our lives the last thing we need is something perplexing. This is a user friendly tool and works wonders!

No dislikes! This is a fantastic tool for online scheduling and management

I love that you can easily enter your inventory, although it would have been easier if I could've just scanned the barcode to enter it. I like the custom colors. I like that you can build your own website from templates, although they are limited on selection. I like the marketing campaigns and that you are featured on the vagaro page of advertisers.

Too many services to choose from when selecting and setting up. I'm new to the software, but it's so much better than the one I was using.
