It’s been okay. 6/10. Support is better than WellnessLiving or MindBody, but still, sometimes they don’t get back to you - or it takes them days to get back to you. It has a decent amount of features, but it’s really lacking in the full functionality that it’s competitors have. If you’re just a solo massage therapist, go with MassageBook.
I like that it’s HIPAA compliant and allows you to book one-on-one services as well as classes.
It’s clunky. It’s not intuitive to use at all. I’ve had to reach out to support for various reasons that should have been more or less easy to figure out.

The mobile app and widgets that integrate with my website are very useful in real time scheduling and re-scheduling clients.
The frequent updates are great but sometimes can get confusing and change things before you know how to use them in the update.

I appreciate having a lot of options with one piece of software. Branding, Class Scheduling, Credit card Scheduling and there are no upcharges based on client count.
I would have found a free trial especially helpful.

Where to begin? The salesperson we spoke to made promises about the software that they failed to deliver on -- we're a semester based business and the software was not set up for that. We had to perform numerous workarounds that took hours to complete on a daily basis--and, due to this, were unable to use 90% of the automation that had attracted us in the first place. The software itself looks nice...

I am forever grateful moved to Wellness Living from a major competitor. The interface is easier to use and I am forever in love with the business mentor!
I love the ease of scheduling classes and running my business.
The app is the least useful part... It is not nearly as useful as the online component.

Great design which makes it easy to use. Less expensive than similar fitness scheduling software.
Software can be slow at peak times. Sometimes has a bug like any other software would.

Overall it has been great. There are little hiccups like with any software, but overall I've been very happy with the product.
I like the scheduling aspect of the software. It works well both for appointments and class management.
Some functions take many clicks and steps to complete which take time. It would be nice if they could allow you to submit with default values that are pre-populated which is currently not possible,

Good experience generally. Some problems with processing payments which left me without cash flow for a period of time which was inconvenient.
Definitely for the management of scheduling. Text reminders and email confirmations are very handy. All employees can access the schedule easily
Just really getting to know the features of the software so cannot suggest any further features that should be included.

Overall I would recommend this software when scheduling personal training clients. There are many useful features to this software so give it a try.
WellnessLiving is useful when marketing, scheduling, and processing payments for your clients, typically in a fitness center setting. There is also a free trial period.
It is a bit underdeveloped when compared to other similar software. My guess is this software is fairly new and just needs some time to smooth out some of the kinks.

I enjoy it - I had a different scheduling software that was very frustrating beause they never make the front end appearling. I think it represents my busienss well.
It's user friendly, comprehensive and there are lots of automatic emails that go out.
Sometimes things that aren't working don't quite get fixed for a while.

This program has really reduced the number of no shows to classes with its automated reminders and online scheduling. Saves me a lot of time on the phone

Overall, Wellness LIving is a good product and I would recommend it to someone in a studio, or individual appointment setting. Unfortunately it just did not work long term for our unique scheduling needs.
This product was a great first step for us to automate our scheduling system. It easily embedded in our website and was relatively easy for most of our school partners to use.
Our scheduling needs are fairly unique but the ultimate reason we ended up moving to a different software was because of the customizable appointments options, the automated emails (customized by appointment type with attachments), and syncing seemlessly with our calendars and our client's calendars so no one ever misses an appointment. It was also difficult with the variety of start/end times of our appointments, WL does not customize that feature.

My favorite part of WellnessLiving besides the customer service is that I have my own app that is free for my clients. Many people live on their phone in this age, so it's extremely convenient! I'm almost always able to reach a live person if I need help with anything. I've never really waited on hold more than a couple minutes. If someone doesn't answer, my call is always returned, and there's always a follow up. That is extremely important to me.
I like that this software encompasses all the features I need - scheduling, membership/client database, reports, store inventory, point of sale, appointments, classes/events, marketing, notifications, etc. There are just so many features, and it's very customizable.
At first some things were confusing to me, but it's more because I've never been in this role before where I've needed to completely implement a full software system for a business. Someone was always able to help me find a work around if there was something I needed to do and couldn't figure out how.

I like working with the WellnessLiving Software and Support Staff. The software has pretty much everything and perhaps even more that I need to schedule and bill clients for yoga classes, yoga retreats, farm visits, and summer camp enrollment for kids. I am finding the support I am receiving from WellnessLiving Staff excellent, the support staff are: very patient, listen well, speak clearly as they explain what I need to do. Everyone has been very helpful with suggestions, responsive, kind, considerate and come with good humor.
The product is fairly easy to use. Familiarity helps. I like all the scheduling and purchasing options and the integrations of both. I keep learning all the options and it is more robust then I thought it would be.
It is not always intuitive for me but once I get help with learning how the software is working and how to set it up properly then it starts making more sense.
