Another con is the inablity  to change a question type once it is created. If you choose the question type as yes/no, you can not switch it to a slider question.

Also the backend of editign assesmnts and changing questisn is a bit clunky and we have had to rewrtie some asessments from scratch once we realized in tesing that it did not perform the way would like it to.

They are by far the easiest to do multi-category scoring for a decently affordable price.

You are not able to switch out the feature affected by your two color choices.

I would like to see an average score in addition to the total score.

Particularly the scoring system which I expected would be difficult.

They responded quickly with step by step instructions that were benefical to our assessment.

Others solutions were far more expensive, or lacked quality.

They were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and got back to us (either phone or email) right away.
