Pros

I really love how easy it is to navigate to my client list and find out when all of their appointments are. I also love the professional look of the booking page that the client sees.
Leanne and customer service is great, she volunteers to offer me for annual plan to save money and download all my clients contact records once she realised it is good for my business.
All of my clients have given me great feedback about bookedin and they love the friendly reminder right to their mobile phones.

Pros

Ease of use, customizability, simple client/patient access, multidisciplinary customization, budget friendly and amazing customer service.
Ve been consistently impressed with the customer service - the team are responsive and helpful.
I love how detailed you can get all the information you need in, I also appreciate that in a multi disciplinary clinic, I can see all the other practitioners notes to help me serve someone better.

Cons

However very disappointed in the fact that you can not do a reaccuring appointment and double disappointment that they are not sure when it maybe coming.
That you can not book multiple services at the same time I often get many clients who gets confused when they get their appointment reminders and their is multiple times.
I wish That could change because I lose money when someone sets a time 5 min afterwards. That makes me have a lot of 5 min and sometimes 10 min dead time thru out the day.

Cons

I am not sure where I can find rescheduled, no show, missed appointments, cancelled appointments once they are off the schedule. A place to record where patients came from ie BNI, referral, etc.
The strange this is you can unapply a payment and refund on the same invoice over and over.
No major cons experienced at this point - i've been using this software as a practitioner for 3 years now.
